Hello everyone, let me introducing myself.
My name is Simon. I am a server advisor, director, and manager with four years of server experience and I am interested in starting my own server with what I have learned. I've always enjoying pushing the limits of possibility and creating servers that shatter the standard quo, and this project is no exception. As such, I'm looking for 1-2 people to work with me as a partner to ensure the success of the project.
I plan on creating a SpongeForge Pixelmon server that takes the pixelmon experience above and beyond all current servers. I'm looking for well-qualified people who are innovative and creatively orientated to help make this dream a reality. Unfortunately, these types of unique projects are in the minority of servers at the moment. Personally, I've always found that while server clones can become popular, it is always the servers that set the trend who are the most successful - in both gameplay and community.
That is why I'm looking for someone to work with me in one of two areas - technical development and staff leadership. I am searching for someone with at least one year (preferably 2+) of server experience that is familiar with Minecraft, Servers, Pixelmon, SpongeForge API, and either development or leadership. There is no age requirement, but I would prefer working with someone who is 16+. Furthermore, having Skype is required, as well as a working mic for frequent voice calls - I've already had to deny someone for this!
If you would be interested in working with me, I ask that fill out the short application below so I can get a baseline understanding of your capabilities. If I'm interested in speaking with you further, I will get in contact with you over Skype (so please include a Skype name in your message!) and talk with you more about your skills, past experience, and the project itself. I will not be contacting anyone who leaves only a Skype or Discord name with no information - if you won't take the time to answer some simple questions, then I won't return the favor.

* I am currently looking for someone experienced with the technical side of servers (SpongeForge in particular) to assist with server setup and a Sponge Developer to create custom plugins for the server. Payment will be offered for custom plugins.
Sorry, I'll have to decline your offer. I'm looking for people that are 16+ and have relatively good grammar, both of which you lack in. My timezone is EST, meaning that you are 7 hours ahead of me. I don't mind working with people from other time zones, but the difference is too significant for a partnership to be effective considering you're likely in classes as well. Unfortunately, between all these I'll have to pass. Thanks anyways!
Still looking for someone who's interested! If you have any questions, feel free to send me a message!

What position are you applying for? Admin
Skype (Not required):
Email (required for slack): [email protected]
What experience do you have?
I am Peter Gray, a university student studying computing, Security & Forensics. I am 22 years old and I am interested in applying to work on your website as a volunteer.
Admin Network - Moderator then Admin. The management were amazing here and this is where I learnt a lot about forum management. It taught me everything about running a forum. I enjoyed every minute of it. The forum died when I was a moderator and me and the founder set up Admin Junction. This was my big break. I worked with Mokeli and Taz. They were great and I loved working there. I worked there for about 2 years before it got sold. I really enjoyed this and I gained valuable experience in forum administration. I worked with Cpanel and got familiar with all of it's abilities and I can now use it easily. I am now also familiar with FTP clients and can use them easily too. I left when it was sold as it was going to be a whole new management and we could of either stayed on or looked for something else and after 2 years we thought that we would look for something else.
Uk-Gaming - Game reviewer and Moderator on the forums. It went bust so we moved to Gamerunited where I did the same. The forum failed (through no fault of my own as I was not in the management) so we moved to anothervideogameblog.com (active, I have worked for them for around 2 years using Wordpress)http://anothervideogameblog.com/
Administrator on a Flight Simulator forum, closed down due to the founders inactivity. I wanted to carry it on because it had loads of potential but the founder kept saying that he needed money so he sold it.
Administrator on Fudge Promotion, the staff were not really active so the members could not promote their forums so I quit. If the staff were selected better then I would be staff their now but the forum was not going anywhere at all.
I was a moderator on Admin Forums: http://www.adminforums.org/ I am friends with the owner after working with him on it.
I created Promotion Genius and sold it, I don't know what’s happened to it now as I let the new owner do what he wanted.
I created Game Giant which is now Patricks forum as he was my Administrator when it was a website, it is now a forum.
I was a forum reviewer on Phpbb Communities: http://phpbbcommunities.com/
My grammar is brilliant. I always focus on my grammar as I love the English language. I am Scottish, I was born in Dundee and moved to the UK with my family when I was a child.
I used to spend a lot of time helping out on the popular website "WikiHow", which is a wiki that anyone can edit but I worked behind the scenes, patrolling changes and I started up a mentor team for people who could become great editors but needed a bit of help. I got a team together and me and then mentored loads of people and it was a success. I sometimes go on WikiHow but if I get this position then I will not contribute as much for them as I will be working for you.
I am passionate about forums and wikis and websites. I am highly experienced in working online. With over 10 years of this, I have experience of every part of running a website. I know exactly what to do and I am fully dedicated to doing it well. I am free every day from 5PM until 11, if you need me until later then I am willing to stay online as I am free all night. Working on websites is what I love and I am good at it. After being community manager for Another Video Game Blog, that taught me so much which I will never forget.
I was also the Community Manager for Another Video Game Blog www.anothervideogameblog.com
Why do you want to be staff?
I am studying computer science at Edge Hill University in Ormskirk. I have a passion for technology and I am very interested in technological advancements. In university, I have had to show strong team working skills on several occasions. An example of these skills would be making a game together. My team working skills are important as they show that I can work with other people's ideas as well as my own and that I can listen to others well. My presentation skills have been shown too, when I was presenting our game and in other situations throughout university. These skills show that I can deliver information to other people in a professional manner and that I can transfer my knowledge to others, keeping the audience interested and engaged.
Why should I pick you?
I am target focused and work to goals. I realise my workload and manage my time effectively in order to get things done on time, in the best quality possible.
What would you bring to the staff team?
I am able to bring a lot to the team, I have a lot of experience in the real world and on other gaming sites. I have a passion for the job and will be available whenever I am needed.
Builders Only: Photos of builds:
Developers Only: Proof of coding:
Any prior bans on any other servers? No
Sorry, but if you had read the OP you'd know I'm looking for a partner - Not an admin and especially not someone who copy-pastes applications for other servers. 'Your' application even has multiple places where it's just blank and other irrelevant data - it even says "Applying to work on your website as a volunteer" at the start. I won't bother to read the remainder of it as you clearly didn't follow what I asked (hence not provide a Skype on top of everything else). Needless to say, I would not consider you as a partner or as a staff members based on this.
I am still searching for 1-2 people to help out with the project. If you're interested in working with me, please send me a message following the instructions in the OP and I'll be back in contact with you shortly.

Hope You Accept me -Hayden
i have exp... on: 12 server's i had admin's on 7 mod'd on 3 and owned 2
Thanks for the offer, but I'll have to pass. Age doesn't necessarily affect maturity, but it's clear from your grammar and the fact that you didn't follow the instructions in the OP that you aren't ready for the position yet. Sorry, but I'll keep looking for the meantime.
If anyone would be interested in working with me, please send me a message!
What past experience do you have with servers?: Oh boy.... the good ol' question I love. I have too much.. I have made servers for years and years anything from mini games to factions creative survival modded minecraft and more.. I have owned and ran multiple servers and networks and I have worked for multiple hosting companies even owned one for a short period of time long story.. I know a lot about plugins and more I know HTML, CSS and a little bit of Java and Lua. I have some experience with Sponge but not a ton but enough to make it function. I currently working on re-launching my old network from 2 years ago with a group of people but aside from that I was also looking at doing a few modded servers under a different name, so what you're planning is amazing!
How familiar are you with Pixelmon and Sponge?: I have dabbled with Pixelmon never got like super far or anything but I understand it enough in my opinion like I mentioned earlier I have played with Sponge enough to make it function with plugins, I could probably code some basic plugins nothing complicated.
What skills and abilities do you have?: I know HTML, CSS, Java and a Lua. I also have Graphic skills with photoshop and I consider my professionalism a skill as well. My abilities are a lot I'm really a jack of all trades with technology I do photograpgy graphics coding websites mod packs and more... setting up linux to run multicraft or other control panels configuring MySQL basically I am over qualified for anything minecraft.
Why would you be interested in this project?: Mainly because I was looking at starting a modded server or a couple and throwing a BungeeCord or Waterfall into it to link them up to have a small network of modded servers and you're plan is exactly what I was looking at doing already, it's meant to be lol
Is there anything else you'd like to include?: Uhm I apologise for my rant this might be a little messy just got home from work and I'm tired.. I appreciate you taking the time to read this and hopefully we can discuss more in voice on Skype or Discord only so much can be said in words versus talking to someone getting a vibe from them and seeing what their personality is and it's a lot easier for me to say more of my experience over voice. Thanks for reading . Love Todd. <3
