Hiya everyone, let me start by introducing myself.
My name is Simon. I am a server advisor, director, and manager with over 4 years of server experience and am interested in starting my own server with what I have learned. I've always been one for ambitious projects, and what I'm trying to accomplish will revolutionize the game completely. I am currently looking for a staff manager to oversee the staff team and a developer to work with the plugins and the technical side of the server. Furthermore, I would also like to find a SpongeForge developer who can create custom plugins to join the team as well, so if you have Sponge development experience please send me a message so I can get in contact with you and work out a deal.
I plan on creating a SpongeForge Pixelmon server that takes the player's experience to the next level. I'm looking for well-qualified people who are innovative and creatively orientated to help make this dream a reality. Sadly, smooth, well-balanced, and unique gameplay is in the minority of servers at the moment, and I'd prefer to go against the tide. I've always found that while server clones can become popular, it is always the servers that set the trend who are the most successful - in both gameplay and community.
That is why I'm looking for someone to work with me in one of two areas - technical development and staff leadership. I am searching for someone with at least one year (preferably 2+) of server experience that is familiar with Minecraft, Servers, Pixelmon, SpongeForge API, and either development or leadership. There is no age requirement, but I would prefer working with someone who is 16+. Furthermore, having either Skype or Discord is required, as well as a working mic for frequent voice calls (no exceptions). Currently, I am most in need of someone familiar with the Sponge platform who can assist with getting plugins, sidemods, and other technical things implemented.
If you would be interested in working with me, I ask that you provide me a short (like a couple sentences) summary of your server experiences, skills & abilities, why you'd be interested in working on the project, and either Skype or Discord for further contact (you're welcome to PM these if you'd like). I will not be responding to any messages with only a contact name - please provide the information I've asked for, it's not much... especially compared to the work required to build a server.
Thank you for taking the time to read this, and I look forwards to hearing a response. If you have any questions about the project or my personal qualifications, feel free to send me a private message and I'll get back to you asap.
Hello, I am Crafty! After reading your post I really saw all of your profession. To be honest I feel like I am much like you, I have about 5-6 years experience as a server Owner and I really love helping out others. I have a lot of leadership but at the same time I have talent in the development side, as I was a developer. Though I get a ton of my leadership because it happens to be that my parents were the Owners of one of the biggest World tea companies in the world. But that's not minecraft...
Anyways, my point is that they were both real big leaders, and I took it down with me. I have always loved the idea of owning a minecraft server, helping servers. Stuff like that, when I was 6 years old my parents went to a convention for the World Tea Expo, while they were gone my Grandma bought me a server. I told my friends and we built the Convention under my leadership. I can code Java Script, and Scratch, I can do permissions with GroupManager or PEX (Preferably GroupManager as I am more experienced with that because I have used it for all my servers). I am very interested in this project because you are a lot like me, determined, energetic, and I bet I can be as ambitious as you on this project :>. I am at a young age but trust me I am very, experienced, I will PM you my age because I don't like to give it out in public!
will you need admin/Moderators? if so Msg me Skype Por5771
At some point, however I'd like to finalize the key leadership before proceeding any further with finding staff; it's no good to have a bunch of people sitting around waiting for a server to come up. If you'd be interested, you can keep an eye out for posts about it at a later date.

Hey there, thanks for messaging me! However, I think for the meantime I'm going to pass on the offer mainly because I'm looking for someone more experienced with the technical side of servers. Minecraft is Java based, so Java Script won't help much there, and modded servers use the SpongeForge API which has it's own custom plugins. I think I'll keep looking for someone that has some Sponge experience, but thanks for the offer!
Still looking for someone who is experienced with the technical side of servers, if you're interested please send me a message with the info above!

I am still searching for another person to join the project and help out, so if you're interested please send me a message by the end of the day so I can have ample time to meet everyone and make an informed decision by Friday evening. Good luck!
So basically you have no skills at all and you expect someone else to build everything for you.
Not at all, I'm searching for people who have experience with certain aspects of server to help share the workload so no one has to do everything; I can say from personal experience that running a server solo is no easy task and not something I would choose to repeat. However, you should know this, or need I remind you of the following thread?
So, kindly stop calling out other people for no reason - it seems to be a trend of yours based on your post history.
I have responded to all serious inquiries up to this point, so if you haven't been in contact with me over Skype or Discord please check for a request there. If there is anyone else interested in one of these positions, please send me a message with the info above and I'll get back to you shortly!

Actually thanks for bringing up one of my older threads, I did actually find someone to work with which is a talented developer. What I said is a response to what I read. I often read people looking for people to work with, some sort of "Co-Owner", but most of them do not know anything about server management, or do not have any skills at all. Do not feel offended for what I wrote, instead, you could have just told me that you did have other skills. Accept criticism as a good way to improve, it tells a lot about you. You'll always get criticism about what you do, and you should know how to handle it the good way.
So no. I will not stop "calling out" people for "no reason". I'm aware that there are a lot of people who doesn't know how to manage servers, and expect other people to do all the work for them.
But, anyway, good luck finding someone good for your project I know it is very hard to find someone adequate to what you are trying to create.
