I have to manually start/stop it and the serve is based on trust like when your staff u get /op but you can only use certain permissions. There will be a list telling you what they are though. If you get caugth abusing you will be demoted and not aloud staff for a whole year.

server player base: at the moment it is private so we are lucky to have 2 active staff on but we have not a lot of players.
I am very strict on who I choose for staff, I make them go through a interview process which can take up to 15 minutes, if you have passed that you are accepted.
