How many hours per day/week you can dedicate: 9 hours a week approximately Monday to Friday 9 hours, Saturday to Sunday 0 hours. Why you think your good enough: I think I should become Admin because I know my way around servers and what we expect. I also know a lot of commands I also know what to do to players if they are found to have cheated or have hacks. But I do find some (not all) staff going afk instead of playing but if I was staff I would play the MiniGames but if I don't feel like playing a MiniGame I would just go onto a lobby. But if I don't feel like going on any I would just find myself going on the forums searching for players who are in need of help. I like to find people teaming in games because it gives them new friends to play with if no-one is online. I also want to be staff because I will not abuse my powers to my advantage but I will use it for helping the server out.
Anything else to persuade me to hire you:
I could contribute to your server by advertising it and I could suggest some games that you could add. I will also take care of as much hackers and cheaters I can find. I will also hop from server to server (if it's BungeeCord) to find someone in need. Also I could go from the server to the forums if someone needed help, I will not hesitate to tell them what they need to know. I would also like to have friendly conversations with the players and have fun with them but not go overboard and I will try to make the game as fair as I can for the players who wish to play fairly. I will also try to get as much players to join your server and try to make them enjoy it just as much as I do. But you're safe because I am a very trustworthy person. I am not as good as building as masters, but I'm pretty good at recruiting staff members if I think they are not worthy enough for their rank I will demote them, but if they're doing better than their standards I will promote them. In less than an hour, I can create an https website for your server and forward your numbered IP to a website name.
