Hey there, I'm looking for builders to help with a new Towny server! There is a decent amount of work to be done, but I hope to do it within a month so we can launch!
As of right now, applications are being accepted for 1 Project Manager Position and 3 - 10 Builder Positions. We're accepting applications on a rolling basis, and MCF is not the only site on which applications are being accepted so I'd recommend applying sooner than later (especially if you are going for project manager).

Project Manager:
The project manager is one of 5 admins on the leadership team for the Anthrox servers. Although they are an administrator, their job does not consist of "disciplining players". The Project Management Admin has many responsibilities including:
Recruiting Builders - the PM Admin can accept and reject builder applications (autonomously)
Creating New Builds - When the server is in need of new buildings, the PM Admin is responsible for ensuring the project is completed successfully and on time.
Maintaining Spawn - The PM Admin should oversee the "decoration of spawn" for holidays and other special events.
If applying to this position, please be sure that you have enough time and motivation to not only manage projects, but help build them and see them through to the end. You should have exceptional leadership skills and know how to lead and motivate a team.
Builder:
Builders serve a crucial role in improving and creating all Anthrox servers! Builders should work well in teams, and easily demonstrate their knowledge of "Minecraft building and designing". Builders are led by a Project Management Admin, but still have many responsibilities. These include:
Creating New Builds - When the server is in need of new buildings, the PM Admin is responsible for ensuring the project is completed successfully and on time, but the builders will have the benefit of bringing these new creations to life!
Maintaining Spawn - The PM Admin should oversee the "decoration of spawn" for holidays and other special events, but again, builders actually make/apply the changes.
After the server is launched, builders will have the option to keep their rank! Better yet, they can still play as normal players! The only difference is that they'll use a "limited creative" mode that allows the use of items for building, but not selling.
