How much time can you dedicate to the server?: I go to school so probably 3-4 hours a day depending on homework

How Good are you at configuration: I am pretty good, but who needs configuration when you make your own plugins?

How would you benefit the server?: I know Java and have made 6 PUBLIC plugins, several more private plugins.
