Well, my parents have cut my time online. "I am locked in my room playing brainwashing games to much" I can be on everyday for 1 hour EST time during the day. I have never. As I know that the experience is fun. Many of the players look up to you. They copy you and learn. I have seen many dear Mods be demoted for their mistakes and I learn from them too. You shouldnt mess around when you have been promoted because the consequences can be harsh. You never know. What would make you a great staff member? (Give detailed reasons)
Well I have already made one huge application. And it is gone now, sadly because I wrote so much. I will give my personal best traits that I carry then explain them to you, hopefully I will attract attention that may bring me to be promoted to this job.
1. I am a better person then I was on my last application. And even if I have some problems here and there. I believe that with the advice and help of others, I can fix them and make everyone happier
2. I am a disciplined young girl. I admire all the Mods. I find them very smart, they seem to lead the server to be a better place every day. I constantly get harsh comments about a skin I made. The others should keep their comments to themselves, and not be disrespectful about their opinions. Discipline is a strong word in my family and is almost always used in the lectures I get from my father. If you are not discipline people do not respect you and will almost always talk trash.
3. As you can see. The ChatMods/Mods are respected very well, almost all the time. I respect them, the way they respect everyone else. I know they work hard on being who they are. I want to be respected the way they are. I want to have players say, "Wow look at that girl, leading CF to a better future!"
4. I am a creative girl . I know that there is only one me. So I can only write this, and that makes me unique, because I have my own choices and my own taste.
5. I am friendly, but I absolutely hate lies. I believe that griefing is another way of lying. Because I have tried so many times to catch griefers. If you get caught lying, you will be ashamed. I don't want to have to deal with liars, but what must be done, must be done.
6. I am super helpful. You can ask me anytime to help. I wouldn't mind. I have helped almost everyone who has asked "Does anyone know how to ______" or "Any mods out there I have a problem" Usually I can fix the problems, sometimes they arent simple, and I reply respectfully "Sorry you might want another person to help you with this, I do not know enough to help you" It is quite fun to help people because it makes me proud that someone who needed help can now continue to have fun.
7. I know many people don't see me much, as for we may have different timezones. I moderate, but I don't have that bulging name to grab the persons attention.
8. I am understanding. I understand that there are things I must follow in order to stay as a Mod/ChatMod, for example no roleplaying, or messing around with your privileges. Punishments may be undone, but you never know how long they may take to be regained.
9. I am a very hopeful person. I have hope for creative fun. I believe that it could be greater than it is now. I take jobs very seriously, and I know the appropriate time to have fun. My father says that it is best that you know your own weaknesses and can develop in a stronger person from that.
10. I am great at computers, and a fast typer.
11. My negatives don't get in my way, for they will only slow me down
12. I respect all staff and players. I know what is best for everyone. And even if things may flip, I try to handle the situation, and get help from others.
13. I may not be the "PERFECT" person, and things in here may cause you all to disagree on. Which I have seen happen in the past. Yes I have made bad decisions. Like things against the rules, and if I want to be Mod, I shouldn't be like that. Because that may make me look like a disrespectful, foolish person.
