I am in Pacific timezone. I have had Minecraft since late Alpha and my favorite aspect of the game is building. Recently, I have been trying to expand my horizons on redstone, and I have made some exceptional progress. I have had a large variation of staff ranks on many servers in the past, and I have lots of experience with plugins and commands. The average amount of players between the servers I played was about ten to twenty, highest in early afternoon. Some servers are still up. One of them was a Tekkit server, though I barely understand Tekkit. I am very familiar with plugins such as World Edit, Factions, Towny, Residence, Precious Stones, HawkEye, LogBlock, Groupmanager, PEX, WorldGuard, etc.
Why Me?: I have a high amount of experience with commands and plugins, my building skill is definitely above average, though I prefer creative and a larger selection of land than offered at the village. I've been on the server a while and I am capable of answering any question asked by users. Like forementioned, I have lots of experience with commands and plugins, I chose to emphasize that because I feel it is very significant in my case. I think that trust isn't a question here, I practically waited all night for Christmas day so I could get the Funding Pack, but I understand you need details since no one should hire random players to be staff.
Why Should You Trust Me?: I feel like it is a rare oportunity to get a staff position on a server so well made, and I would do anything to get this rank. I will not abuse power or show it by banning players for no reason, I hate those people just as much as you and everyone else in the game does.

Why we should Pick You: [/b]I've been a staff twice for almost a year now, i would like to join the team because of one reason all of my knowledge about moderating and administrating i want to share all of them to the team but its not enough if we had unity to ourselves we can succeed, we cannot be a team if someone is not cooperating and we should not be selfish too we should accept everyone's cooperation and thats the team we called.Argument is the most common problem in the team as a player to prevent it i always balance my relations to them and respect what they decide for others, .I'm mature enough to be a staff i'm not here to became famous and powerful i'm here to help the server for its brighter future, i will be the shield and justice of this server, yes i'm 15 years old and since i'am 13 years old i already understand how the server works, what administrators and moderators do, i really understand all of it, its really hard to picked a staff who is trustfull because if someone promoted to staff we don't know what will they do to the server they maybe hack the server, ban all players and abuse staff, for me all of those are for immature people who really don't care anything about their surroundings

Experience: I have previously been an admin on a couple of servers and a mod on some other servers. I have great experience and know how it feels to be staff.
Maturity: I accept that I am only 14, however I strongly believe I am very mature. My maturity level may be as high as 9/10. I will take most things seriously and will not muck around.

Why you Need It: I would love to contribute to this wonderful minecraft server and I will assure that I will work hard. It would be my pleasure to be able to help out the best I can!
How can you Help: I can help out with many things such as building, helping, guiding new players, etc. I am also very creative and have many ideas to help. I can also help build simple structures and I am familiar with building pvp arenas. I can also help with spawn, if you like, and I can make parkour. I am also slightly familiar with World Edit, and hope to get better.
