My real name is Sean Ganewatte and I am 15 years old. Please mind the difference between age and maturity as there is a very solid barrier. I live in the Las Vegas Neveda, US. I am in Pacific timezone. I have had Minecraft since late Alpha and my favorite aspect of the game is building. Recently, I have been trying to expand my horizons on redstone, and I have made some exceptional progress. I have had a large variation of staff ranks on many servers in the past, and I have lots of experience with plugins and commands. The average amount of players between the servers I played was about ten to twenty, highest in early afternoon. Some servers are still up. One of them was a Tekkit server, though I barely understand Tekkit. I am very familiar with plugins such as World Edit, Factions, Towny, Residence, Precious Stones, HawkEye, LogBlock, Groupmanager, PEX, WorldGuard, etc.
Why Me?: I have a high amount of experience with commands and plugins, my building skill is definitely above average, though I prefer creative and a larger selection of land than offered at the village. I've been on the server a while and I am capable of answering any question asked by users. Like forementioned, I have lots of experience with commands and plugins, I chose to emphasize that because I feel it is very significant in my case. I think that trust isn't a question here, I practically waited all night for Christmas day so I could get the Funding Pack, but I understand you need details since no one should hire random players to be staff.

I am a naturally calm and diplomatic person who can be quite informal and bubbly at times while retaining an essence of formality. I will try my best on anything I am set to to do. I would be helpful to players and be able to tell you about any suspicious activity. If able to, I will also use my moderating skills to give out warnings and bans.

Experience you have had: Now, I cannot provide any proof that I have had any experience, however, I am safe to say I have experience with dealing with tricky situations that are beyond my control, I understand helpers have limited commands and power, but I can quickly extinguish most flame wars, and I am very fast at reporting the heavy rule breakers to upper staff, whether it be though private message, or forums.
Why you want this position: I believe myself to be a hardworking, but moral 14 year old. I am going to start a new year at school very soon, where I will be preparing for major exams which will happen in 2 years. I wish to work with players, to make this server a great place to be on, and I want to watch this server grow, and become a very popular and amazing server. There are things which have caught my eyes and make me WANT to join, and help out. I would hate to watch people ruin experience for others, but I also want to just help players get to know the server, the community and its features.
How often you can come on and help us out: I am a highly dedicated player with a lot of time on my hands during the weekends. I am also able to go on for a good few hours during the week day, also, if I get a good internet access while at school, during my breaks, I can stay connected via Minechat.
