What will you do to help this server: I can contribute alot to your server by being regulary active, I can sort out plugins and configurtaion if you need. I am mature and honest, I respect other staff members and the players.
What will you do if you see racism: I would say to the player "Hey <player> can you keep your swearing/racism to yourself please." They keep doing it. I would give them a second warning and remind them of the consequences of their actions. They keep on going, I would kick them they keep on going temp-ban for 24 hours. Continued consequences if needed.
What will you do if you see hacking: I will ask the player what are you doing can you please stop that immediately, they do but do it later temp-ban for 24 hours they come back on after 24 hours and continue hacking perma-ban.
How many hours can you be on a day? I can be on for about 5-6 hours a day, extending if needed.
Why do you want this rank: I love helping people and helping the community out. I like interacting with people and having fun with the players, while being honest, mature and can respect the players and the other staff members.

what will you do to help this sever? I will bring new ideas to the community and I am willing to give lots of my time to this server. I am more than happy to go out of my way to ensure that all players are getting the best experience out of the server, I am also easy to talk to so if a player requires assistance I will always be able to help out. I can benefit the staff team because if I am told by another staff member to do something I will always do it, I am quite reliable. If someone is in the wrong I will ensure I tell them what they are doing wrong and handle the situation steadily. I am able to handle aggressive players sensibly. I will be using all of my skills to the best of my ability to please the staff and other players and do lots for them and the server.
what will you do if you see racism? I do not know the guidelines for when to ban someone but I will do my best. I hate racism so if I saw someone being racist I would remind them of the rules and how they may have effected other player and would ban them. They may not have intended on being racist. In that case (I'm not sure if we will have forums) but I will let them know that if they want to be un-banned they will have to write out a good and acceptable apology to all of the players on the sever or to someone if they were being directly racist to them.

If I saw hacking I would ask them if they were aware that hacking is not allowed on the server, if they were not aware i would temp ban them for a day and if caught doing it again, ban them permanently. If the hacker caused any damage to the server's builds I could perform a roll-back on that area.
how many hours can you be on a day? I could dedicate 2-6 hours a day to the server
why do you want to be this rank? I would love to be staff for this server because I really enjoy the experience I get out of working with other staff and helping players. I love challenging myself and pleasing whoever I am helping, I am more than happy to do anything it takes to help someone and do the very best I can. One of the reasons I am willing for this position is for the challenge itself, if I am not challenging myself then I am not doing the job right - therefore I will always be challenging myself to do everything I can for the server.
