You want all this work done and you expect people to apply for it? You should be applying to builders. Also, it's kinda sad that you are too lazy to even make the app.
What you ought to do is just go to a schematics site, find stuff you like and bring them into your world. When I wanted some jets for an airport that's how I did it since my jet building skills were sadly lacking lol.

I am not finding jets I am finding builders who know how to work with worldedit and make a port for me.
