My server needs a server banner, a server icon, a logo, shop art for the website, etc. Basically, whichever team can make me high quality graphics for us will be rewarded with all the perks in the game. That includes the top donor rank and everything! You'll have access to special portals, kits, and so much more! You'll also get a staff rank! But not only the leader of the team, everybody who participates in the projects will! For every project done and turned in you will also be given in-game money and more perks!
