Hello Minecrafters! My name's Ryuhouji and I'm looking for full time admins, and people to help me make huge changes to my server. I've been working alone for 8 months now, and am tired of working alone.
There was one player that used to help me, but I lost contact with him, His minecraft ign was Vega(and some numbers) and I would like to reach him(just in case he looks at this forum)
All aside, What I need are experienced admins that know how to use many administrative commands in a minecraft spigot server. I am currently using a lot of plugins, some of which I'm unsure how to use. Below is a list of plugins I use currently, which is apt to change since I'm overhauling my server. For the last 8 months, my server has been a dedicated Prison server.
I want to take Arkana Prison further, from just prison to a fully functioning survival server with police judges cops robbers drug dealers and other crimes, with judges able to send players to prison or jail. I've never seen this level of realism in any other drug server, so I'd like to do something new with it.
Server hosting fees are waived due to my employment, so donations are not required to sustain the server. If this is something you'd be interested in, text my phone at 419 905 9632(US/Canada ONLY. Communication outside of the minecraft chat MUST be possible. I use teamspeak for my server, and have an unlimited duration teamspeak server as well. If you simply just reply here,.I may or may not see it in time, so the other communication methods are preferred. (plus I hate the slowness of forums)
I'm also looking for:
a website mod/admin(enjin) the above experience is preferred. (mod/admin rank on the website, and mod/admin rank ingame)
builders(full access to creative, and related plugins, permanent rank)

When you contact me or post here, please tell me your experience level in all that I have outlined. Also the position you are interested in.
Remember, If you decide to help me out, your rank on the server will be permanent, and will have all the perms you need to do whatever it is i need help with. I'm not mean, and I won't ask you for money, nor will i expect you to dedicate your life to it if you don't want to. I just really need help to realize the vision I have had.All will be considered, I can do some training if necessary. You have to have at least intermediate knowlege of minecraft server mods and plugins. Fyi, this is a NON forge server. It is vanilla spigot with bukkit plugins.

( Backstory) i have been playing minecraft since beta when i saw mine craft on the internet i was thrilled because it is a way that i can express my creativity through blocks the first server i started playing on was prison and it just grabbed a hold of me because in prison theres always a community feel to it you have the good friends and the enemies and your always doing things that will make memories

I'm looking for any position but hopefully a leader role a one of my strengths is being a leader which can also be a weakness I'm very good with words and can use them in almost any way (good and bad) i would be the best player i could be or the best staff i could be

Well, I've had a few people that added me on skype, some of them came on for a little while, still haven't found anyone permanent, But I'd like to clarify things. You won't be getting OP. That is reserved for closest friends and family.(at the moment, 2 ppl). You will get the rank Architect This rank has specific perms to do whatever needs done. I need to be perfectly clear here, No one is getting op, and no one is getting admin, unless they prove to be administratively blessed. I prefer applicants to be at least 15.years or older in age. If you're slightly younger, that's fine as long as you can maintain a level head and cool temper.
