Sorry for the confusion guys, I'm currently in recovery from major surgery, and my mind is not clear. I apologize for any scare this may have caused, and can ensure you the server will continue to remain up.
Once again I have experienced power failure, resulting in corrupted server data. This is however fixable, and not a large issue.
However in my current state of recovery it will indeed take some time. For those of you who did not know, I had a spinal fusion done 2 days ago, and am unfortunately not in a position which I can do much work at the moment.
However! This news is not all bad. I will be shutting orbiting meadows down for a few weeks in preparation for a massive change to the OM community! OM creative will be splitting into 3 partner servers; OM classic, OM survival, and OM redstome! All OM servers will be down for the next few weeks while they are set up, however I assure you that Orbiting Meadows is far from gone! I will make sure to keep people posted on the progress of all three servers, and on potential staff openings. In the mean time, try not to poo yourselves over the sheer awesomeness of this plan.
That sounds great c: I can't wait. Will we lose all the builds on the original server though?
Creative will certainly not have a map reset, however some areas (shoeboxlands) will be regenerated.
**** city will however not be regenerated.
As for my current condition, After 2 days in the hospital after surgery, I am recovering well. This is my first time on a computer in 5 days, and I am currently using an old person walker to walk, due to the inability to stand unsupported. I have enough various meds in my body to keep me in a state of constant narcolepsy, euphoria, and insanity. While this may not sound like recovery the doctors assure me I am getting better, and should be walking freely in the next week.
Work on the servers go great, and any feature requests for OM creative, survival or redstone are more then welcome to be posted here (though they may or may not be used)
Thanks for all the good wishes guys, and know that I've missed you all in my absence.
