Prison server experience: I played on a server called mumaus that is a really old and popular prison server. I had played on it for two years but I quit because if you don't have optifine or a amazing computer it's hard to play on that server. Too many damn people.

When I enter the server, it takes half a minute for me to actually see what's happening. I dont know if its from my computer or its the server. Also, as being the lowest rank of guard, i cannot jail. So what do I do?
