The server is messed up.... people have been stuck as zombies and dwarves since last night! We need an admin to help fast cause this is getting people very bored (including me)

I would like some help. i have been stuck "downloading" the recommended texture pack and is says Making Request 100% and has been stuck like that for at least 10 minuets. Can anyone help?
