While Im not an admin, nor do I speak for them, I really have to agree with Cav here. And Im my opinon children shouldn't be allowed to be admins on servers, they don't control their own time schedules and they live under their parents rule.
And frankly from reading your posts you don't have the communication skills to control these people, people won't listen to you or respect you when you sound like Donald Duck on team-speak.
Once again, It would be like having a forth grade student attempt to govern an African country. Just play the server by the rules, help others and put in regular constructive criticism.
