Sometimes the server does lag out a fair bit, but about 4/6 of the time I get no lag. The weather may influence your internet speed due to the connection having to go through bad weather perhaps?

What day were you banned?: I was banned on November 4, 2012 if I remember correctly...
Who banned you?: I honestly do not remember anymore. sorry.
Was the ban justified? (Honesty counts here): I do not believe that a ban for spamming is justified. I do not think I got any warnings before I go banned.
Why are you appealing?: So I can play on the server again and be able to have fun on the only Prison Server worthwhile playing on.
Why should we accept your appeal?: Because I do not think that my punishment was correct, and that I should have been punished in another form (mute). I also haven't been able to go on with any of my friends, and I would like to be able to go on this server with them again.
How do we know you won't do it again?: Because I don't want to be banned again. When I got banned for spam, I was crushed. Ban is legit if you are hacking, cheating, or doing something major like that, or if you continually do something minor, but for me...spam was unfair, and I don't want to be hurt like that ever again.
hi best staff,i new to minechat on me Ipod,i logged out while i was in mob area,so i had me sword pulled out,i get on minechat couple hours next after logging out,i get seen with me sword 13 times,se i get 13 times jailed!this is not funny cuz i cant chat while i cant drop or switch me items D: pls help me!im on vakantion and no PC!
if you can try and get somewhere where no guard can ask for ur sword.

im sorry to hear this. i remember when my grandfather passed away. there was about a week where i didnt want to do very much

You will NEVER regret accepting me and i REALLY hope (and sort of pray) that you accept me. This server is basically my LIFE! I want to take my server experience further and be a ChatMod.

Any type of proof (Logs, screen shots, video): we have 4 witnesses. i could not get a video or eles i would have lagged out but we have witnesses of him ruinning forward while spining and punching the air
