I've always loved hardcore survival servers, but am never able to find any good or successful ones. That is why I would love to play this server as it looks as though a lot of work has been put into it and reminds me of an epic server I used to play on but has now shutdown. 3. How long do you think you will survive on your first night? A few hours.. hard to accurately guess as it seems unpredictable what could happen when surviving on this server, well other than dying 4. What do you think will be the cause of your first death on this server? Most likely making a mistake like; turning my back to a cave entrance or thinking I'm safe in my base (if I can get one up of course )

1. What is your In-Game Name?: Rott 2. Why do you want to join this server?: Been playing on a lot of "hardcore" servers recently and none of them have seemed to meet the quota. Hoping that this one will provide a different approach to the old experience. 3. How long do you think you will survive on your first night?: If I had to tag it, I'd say around 3 hours. Probably over-optimistic. 4. What do you think will be the cause of your first death on this server?: I would bet money on something unbelievably stupid, like letting go of shift and falling to my death.
Changed my mind, instead of achieving famousness (or infamy and a bounty) by releasing the merc cords to the public, I will form an army of begginers new to the server and people who have never found an oasis. We will assault the base, communicating via Skype, and will kill any betrayers alerting the mercs to our impending attack. We will raid it, leaving almost nothing, and then leave. We will remain truced until I give the say-so upon finishing, and then I'll release the cords.

Excuse my apparent ignorance, but havent you just alerted the mercs to an imending attack. And how do you stay truced with them when you just said you are going to raid them.

Okay mercs. Thank god for stupid assholes. Some guy built his base next to spawn, which I promptly raided and left. I will not attack your base now. However, should I be raided by you or killed by any of you, I will begin recruiting an army to assualt your base. Now that that's out of the way, I would like to ask how you get arrows. Skeletons don't seem to spawn, and feathers are availible, but I do not know how. Also, to get this straight, I can't advance from wood tools until someone gives me cobble, or I find a deep mine, whatever those are. Also, I want to know if beds will set your spawn.
