It isn't a requirement, it is just something that you should be. I don't think that the server would want someone for staff that would quit because they receive hate. (I understand this isn't your complete reasoning) Yes, you will receive hate, no matter what. Does this mean you suck? Maybe, but not necessarily. At a certain point you just have to learn how to block out the hate, or just throw a disrespect warn in their face. This also doesn't just apply to this server, it applies to life in general.

My friend awerawer0708 always wants me to play with him on DDTS but since he got banned i haven't played With him much before but now i play other prison servers. Do you have any experience guarding?: No, but I talk to TheNewConrad on skype, he always talked about how it is fun and how to do it such as when to jail, what contraband is, ect. I am looking forward to trying!. Getting guard is my dream i have seen guards do there jobs and seen my friend TheNewConrad guard all the time. I know almost every guard on DDTS right now Ex. Windycityrocker me and him always say hi to each other when i get on or if he gets on. I also know TheNewConrad very well ive known him for more than 2 years now and we talk about how he wants guard and how i want guard. Mainly i want to try guarding out i have lots of friends that are guards now and it would be pretty fun guarding with them.
What makes you the best selection for guard?: First of all my computer does not lag when I am PvPing in B3 (which is the most laggiest part of the server). I type very fast, but I make some mistakes (everyone makes mistakes). I have never been banned or even closed to being banned nor kicked. I am very good a PvP. You will not be disappointed in me i will try my hardest catch every prisoner in my block area. I have a good feeling of being guard which might make me and better guard than most people that haven't had friends guard before or haven't talked about how cool (and also really hard it is) i may have a really good understanding of guarding. Please all i want is to try!
