Do you have any experience guarding?: Nope... Wish I did.. But you have to start somewhere. But I have been observing the guards as they are carrying out their duties.
What makes you the best selection for a guard: Im honest and loyal to people. As I said I have observed the guards throughout my time at the prison and know the duties of being a guard. I will take my position seriously and won't abuse it. I know the prison well enough as I have had good times with friends pvping people and running around. I know the contraband weapons and how they are used.
Have you read ALL the rules, guard and prisoner?: Yes, I have read the rules a few times, Mostly when I want to find something out or sometimes I end up reading them when I get bored and just run around and read stuff. But I will continue to read them.
What is your current rank? Do you understand that we will need screenshot proof of it if you decide to resign? Yes, Now I am currently rank Free. I will take the screenshot as I proceed.

Rank on the server when banned: I was ranked Block 0, and ontop of the a Trainee guard.
What was the reason you were banned? I allegedly am in possession of an aim-bot, I don't have any clue why Alex would accuse of having said program.
Was the banning justified? I don't have even have a texture pack installed on Minecraft, let alone a hacking program. I've seen people aim-bot before and they literally hit everyone within range, spazzing around and murdering people. I was engaged in combat with jennis (IGN) and I only struck him, and a friend of mine, Treerunner (on accident.)
Any additional info:I believe this is a case of an unjustified, unprovoked ban. I don't know this to be true but after I had killed another alex in the server Alexlm11 claimed I had aim-bot, just before this I had actually killed Alexlm11 himself. Like I said I don't know this to be true but I believe this is almost a little bias. I am a new guard but I should be given a little more faith then to be banned for an alleged program.
I pvp in minecraft in 3rd person, so that might cause mixed comments.
-PS: I was told that chat mods cannot do anything to guards without passing it by a warden first, Like muting or kicking or banning.

You do know the only reason that Alex and i even looked into it is becuase you said he had it...
Blood doesn't hack, i know this for a fact. Iv used his computer before, i talk to him daily. All blood ever wanted was to be a gaurd. Then one day he finally got it. Then some stupid noobs are angry that they died start accusing him of using aimbot. Just because you had multiple people accuse him of it doesnt mean he actually has an aimbot. You can never be 100% sure that he has one. Blood is good at pvp just cause he turnes and hits a kid doesnt mean he has an aimbot it means he has a mouse.
I just find this ban to be unjust, i feel the necessity to express my feelings and the unjestness about the subject.

I am extremely disappointed in this server now, and Mikey or whoever issued my ban just today. I found out through a reliable source that you guys released a new Freetown, which I made quite a while before I resigned, so I came online to check it out, see if that was true, and figure it out from there. I found out it was indeed my Freetown, and according to my source, there was no credit attributed to me, so I decide to log off, and play on a different server, and then I decide to come back, see if they actually added anything new to what I had built. By that point, I discovered I was temp-banned for 1 day, and I'm disgusted by that.
Honestly, Soap's going on a slippery downhill slope from here.

zinerco decided to open it for the purpose of selling plots while I was offline. I was planning on nuking it due to the atrocity of the build but never got around to it. However, you were banned for other reasons.

Disrespecting staff: Sure Mikey, I've done that out of jest often, but mainly towards Zinerco, you were a running gag going among the prisoners. However, up to the point I got banned, I had said nothing at all, just got online, looked around, left. Nothing was said, other than a prompt /suicide. I don't see how you can ban for past events, because if you could, Zin would be permabaned by now, and demoted constantly.
Stealing Plugin list: You're just copying/pasting the reasons you banned Verita, and sticking it onto me. Really, that's one of the most interesting and creative reasons [/sarcasm].
I'm pretty sure the other reasons you can come up with are equally contrived, and entirely for you to pose an whimsical show of power to assert your position as captain of a sinking boat. It's just a bad idea to even try to continue this farce.

YOUR server on the other hand has a whiny, complainy *****, who all she talks about is how her parents don't love her, a deaf kid who cant see or hear what he's doing, and a bunch of other randoms who scrambled for a Warden/Mod position because they realized how much people hated them on Soap, and realized how they have no future here.
