I am probably one of the most average pvp'ers in the world. once i killed this dude and i totally raped the crap out of him. he had like fur boots on against my full diamond armour. i was like hey, im so good at pvp and he was like 1v1? then i was like fo sure and he was like, yo no armour, and i was like nah and killed with my diamond sword. i felt so good. so yeah im probabbly amazing at pvp comapared to all this little pansy guys you got waddling around so ppick me cause have you seen how good i am? also one time i owned this wolf. let me tell you the story of this wolf pack i had to fend my self from. they were fierce and hungry. i saw the hunting down sheep like a lion in that lion queen movie or some **** like that. yeah so they hunted downthe sheep but for the lamb that sheep was nurturing...i don't even want to explain. as soon as i had time to think the wolves had noticed me. i was being chased by some of the most evil creatures in the entire land of minecraftia. they backed me into a crevice and the lead wolf slowly walked in. i grabbed my spear as it leaped at me with its fangs piercing the wind itself. the beast lunged itself right into the throat of the beast. as i returned to sparta wearing the beasts fur i was now the new king,leonidas. What makes you the best selection for guard?: As you know, I was a Moderator on this server so I know how to enforce rules, I have never broken a rule, and I am the kind of person that doesn't quit until I get the job done, I say I'm pretty decent at pvp, I have killed the almighty birdhouses a couple of times, also, one of the main reasons I resigned from Mod was because I realized all I do on the server anymore was pvp, All my pvp buddies went to guard so I just thought I should just resign and be a guard to protect the prison from evil people, also, PVP is my favorite thing about Minecraft, it's the best.

I went to block 3 in my full diamond then I get killed by a free guy with a fire aspect sword, Chrissaga.
There was 3 guards in b3 courtyard who didnt even ****ing notice.
Then once I died for my full diamond I thought it was ****ing bull **** so I grabbed my whole bank to give it away to some nooby kids. Then I go to b3 courtyard to suicide and the same guy next to 3 ****ing guards kills me. The guards were right there and did nothing. I gave away my 25k to dizzmain. I got banned on request.

Was the banning justified? Yes as I was using nuke with a modded client, but I wasnt purposely doing it as I was in the mine and I have trouble not using mods as I accidentally press keys when i'm using an IM service as well as minecraft and so I accidentally activated nuker and went afk then when I returned began picking up stone thinking someone mined and left it and then i saw greenbird and saw that I had nuked on and was going to type something but was banned. If my appeal is accepted I will remove the modded client so there are no further incidents of this.
Any additional info: I really like the server and am very close to 2nd block and would love to come back if possible.

Another thing i would like to say is that when i sometimes leave the mines in block 2 to go sell there are people waiting there to kill me. its already happened once and i feel like all of block 2 is afraid to leave because of free people in diamond armor. if i was to be guard i would make sure that this doesnt happen and would check for people doing this as often as possible. It would be A dream come true if i even got Tr Guard to show you guys what i am saying is true. I hope i can be of use to your server. Thanks!

What was the reason you were banned? "abusing gamemode / spawning items in gamemode"
Was the banning justified? I was playing the game when all of a sudden I realized I was able to OP myself and get gamemode 1, I took advantage of the situation believing the server would roll back because everyone would and did do it aswell. I believed it would be an interesting time I intended no damage to the server, players or staff, Then I became De-oped.... and the server didn't roll back... Knowing I was in deep **** for being online at a bad time and taking advantage of the situation. That the I'd most likely be banned instead of fixed. Realzing how bad perminant bans can be I ran away and hid to build something worthy of not being banned. I was in the process of creating a glorious building in hopes of appeasing the wardens when I was originally banned. After I was originally banned I was able to log back in, I did not have creative mode any more. I continued to build the structure without gamemode and have not have gamemode since (around) 6/5/12 10:30 PM US eastern time. It was my intention to confess to being in creative mode at the same time as showing what I had done with it when I had finished.
Since I have been given creative I have benefitted from it zero times. I have the same cash and items as I started with. Based on this fact, the ban is improperly worded although justification of the ban is left to the wardens.
Any additional info: Considering I've had a history of being beneficial to the server, I'd appreciate my service as one of the ONLY guards to do their job properly and without abusing the ranks ability to create and upgrade items,to be taken into account by any person who looks at my appeal.
