Any additional info: I am tierd of all the horrible gaurds that do nothing when higher ranks kill lower ranks, and when the lower ranks fight back the currupted gaurds kill the lower while the higher ranks get way with out a single hit. I am tierd of the gaurds that don't know the proper rules to the server and unfairly jail people, and don't jail the ones who breake the rules.

I was reading some guard applications seeing if I should apply or not and I saw some saying "PLEASE READ" or "Has anyone read my application yet?" I just came to remind you that if you ask the lower your chances will be. But this server is very enjoyable and you should really check it out.

If so, why?: Hmmmmm, why do you think I got muted for caps?
What makes you the best choice for moderator?: Obviously, for the community aspect, since every hour I'm on McPrison I'm also on Teamspeak, where I interact with anyone, from the lowliest B3 to Mikey himself (Cyanian is, sadly, never on). I find, as well, that I could do really well with the grammar aspects, as I'm one of the pickiest grammar nazis to ever roam Minecraft (btw, you have "No PvP Camping" listed twice in your main post). And, as an extra added bonus, I'm pretty good concerning Redstone.
Any additional info: I don't care whether or not MustangFreak is already lined up to become the next Moderator, I'm keeping this application not only for its intended purpose, but for future reference as well, beyond when Mustang finally becomes mod.

Was the banning justified? Yes/no, for I did not dupe, but did prosper with duped items.
Any additional info: SVSVSV has been on the server the past couple of days giving me and alot of people money He gave me and my friend a couple chests of really amazing duped stuff, so naturally.. We kept it. We didn't try to spread it around or alert others. If you READ the logs. You would see I killed almost 6 people OFTEN because they'd be in the mines or somewhere DUPING i know what it looks like, and they were tying. So i used potions and killed them, things that they dropped were diamond blocks and armor and the likes, I'm on this server because i enjoy the gameplay and i don't want to ruin it for others. But what i got, i got through my own luck, and all that came with it. I'm sorry my base is so pretty:) But I do love this server and would enjoy continuing to play on it. So please!
