I'm pretty sure Starzy hated me, for absolutely no reason. Funny how doing nothing but replying with common sense and trying to help someone can get you ultimately banned.

Everyone knows the rules, but do not agree with them. I feel they are very harsh and signify an improper running of the server. What harm will telling someone to play on another server do? Make Mark lose money? I cannot think of something else.
I've got one account banned for "BOOM, ban ;_;" and another account banned for "goodbye" I know someone who got perm muted for "bye" and people who are banned for reason "bai". Those are all legit reasons for bans amirite?

Why do you believe you?re suitable for the Moderation role?: I believe I am suitable because of several reasons:
1. I am mature and fair. (I have actually been told by MajorSkyblue that I am as mature as a 16 year old)Most people in my family are very mature. My brother was accepted as guard and I play on his account when he is watching me and helping. I know most of the guard things already. Even though I am only 11 I can assure you that just like my brother, I can get the job done, and I can get it done correctly. I am very fair and will also not punish or do anything to anyone any different than someone else.
2. I know all the server rules and I always do my best to follow them.
3. I understand most of the server commands and I can help with almost anything needed.
4. I can be online a lot. Normally, there are no Mods online from 7- about 9 or 10. I could be on at those times to help players and stop unkind behavior at those times. I can normally be online all day on weekdays and from about 7-12AM (or all day) on weekends (CST).
5. My brother and I have been trusted with some power (guard) and have not abused. I know for sure that I can handle this role as a chat mod.
6. My brother is talking about how he is so exited that he got guard, and I want to feel just as exited as he did, if I get Mod.
7. I can type decently fast and can type very accurately. I will admit I am not the fastest at typing, but I think I am fast enough.
8. I could show new people around as well as help them with the rules and other things. I don't know if any Chat Mods do this, but I would be willing to (if possible) not just tell people about where to go or something like that, but also I would show them (if possible).
Extra Information: I already help people In-Game when I can, I welcome all players, and I am very experienced with Killion. I think I would be a good part of the community to add as a Chat Mod. Why should you be unbanned? I should be unbanned because I was irresponsible with my actions and behaviours towards you and your fellow wardens. I am sorry for what I did and I promise not to disrespect you further on. My anger was unleashed because, recently my mom died and my Dad suicided that day I spoke those disrespectful comments about you. I hope that you will cut me some slack, but i will not be at utmost angry with you if you do not unban me. I will, however be sad, because I have spent most of my Minecraft time paying on Killion through the ups and downs.
Any other information: Please also unban my alternate account, Guy_Awesomeness. I have also spent more than 3 weeks, (did /playtime) on this server and i really don't want that, and my friends to disappear.

Mark, can you please reconsider you conclusion to my appeal? I have played a lot on this server, and it has been my favourite. it's the server I've been on the longest, and looking forward to playing in the morning. I know what I said was rude, inappropriate, and disrespectful, but I am not like that. I also miss my friends and clan mates, who have helped me through my grieving. They are honestly better then my suicide counsellor and therapist. I know you are a nice person and might be short on money, but increasing the player base by one might lead to videos, and the popularity to increase. Hopefully you reconsider your conclusion To my appeal.

I can see that you have put multiple days of effort into this server and it brings an experience of no other prison server I have been on, with all the updates, the forum posts, and the constant map changes, it brings an experience only extreme map makers can create. I would also like to apologize, again for those rude comments.

I truly miss the Clan wars, and the constant bickering between NOVA and Flux, and just making the server feel alive. Don't you think that if Mark only did things for money, he'd go out and work for someone else for more than $15/hr instead of waiting around and hoping someone messes up so he can ban them and maybe get $15 for an unlock? If you do want to come back, you can pay him to let you back on his server. His not yours. He's the one paying for upkeep. He's the one spending his time.
