Why do you believe you?re suitable for the Moderation role?: Why do I think I suitable for the Moderation role. Because I really love this sever as knowing the skill I will take my time for this server and help out. I've been trusted on a server I use to be a MOD, however now the server is closed. I will take the time to help people who are In need of my assistants. My role on this server is to look after the server and the players. My other role is to maintain the chat so people don't say word's they should not say. The other thing I need to do is help people who are in need of the web site or explain stuff to the players. I'm really dedicated to this server and it is a new role I should take up.
I have under Stood and read what I need to become a Mod. I am suitable for this role because I'm very mature and I'm really respectful for others. I like to take challenges because I know the skill and knowledge to help people, that's why I want to take this role. And a other thing I know the basic Plugin commands so I can assist a player if they need help with the commands or how to set up stuff. My spelling and grammar is Really good. 3. I understand most of the server commands and I can help with almost anything needed.

What makes you the best guard applicant?: I would be best choice for guard because first, I haven't saw many guards around but they are too busy maybe to come on I see like 1 a day but I'm dedicated so you will see me. In C there are riots 24/7. And there is usually about 2 decked out people trying to kill C's with full inventorys. Also in C in my time zone there's about 5-10 people on like 3 are in C and there aren't guards on to stop them killing C's looking when they are killing the C's the elite-president people are the ones doing that and I want to make sure I got the C's backs so this is the first thing I will most likely stop! Most people don't put time and effort into there guard application so they don't get accepted but I have spent a pretty good amount of time revising and editing this that's how much I want to be a guard that takes dedication so that means how much I want to be guard. Also I am very talented at the arts of pvp so that will help me stop these riots.
I will always also be there for the C's in very much need of me because they are facing guys with very over powered stuff and I want to stop that as I am saying again because that is a big issue that needs to be stopped! I will also stop this problem no matter how hard it is these riots are occurring 24/7 now and I will show them that is wrong. Lastly, As far as I have noticed, we have a lack of EST guards, which leads on to riots and PVP being unchallenged and innocents being slaughtered. As a guard, I would do my best in protecting C blockers and other vulnerable prisoners and do my best to do what I can in making their experience on Killion the most enjoyable as possible and not a pain in the backside like some people make it. I will be genuinely helpful to new prisoners, help them with the rules, show them around and give them a warm welcome when they join. I also will not take part in favoritism, and all my friends will be treated the same as new random C blockers. I also think I would be good for guard because I am a hard worker who likes to get the job done making sure nothing gets in my way I usually spend hours doing some things just so i can get the thing done or for other people, also I have experience with pvp as I play hunger games and win alot.
I also know how people try to kill people, scam people and other bad things so hopefully I can try to stop things like this and make the server more enjoyable for other players. When things get tough, just think about the people who are less unfortunate than us.
As the server owner of what WAS the biggest prison server, I am somewhat appalled at Mark's lack of interaction with the server. This server one year ago (actually it has been in this current downhill state since about 1.3 years ago), was booming. I was HOOKED. All I could do was play KDC. My parents had to literally tug me off my computer. What killed this server (yes, it killed it) was the bans. This servers ban policy just does not fit with the ideals of the game we all know as Minecraft. People screw up. People mess up. That does not mean you need to charge them 15 dollars to get back on. That is like paying to get out of jail. I would appreciate it if you would listen to some of the comments made about the server and maybe take action on them or give a response as to your opinion. Not saying anything and coming on solely to deny appeals does not give you a very good rep. I cannot tell you the countless times I've seen people call you guys "money ******". If you have gotten that so much, maybe there is a reason. I'd like to think that you guys are in it for the fun, but it seems to have become (and it always was) a job for you.
I hope these new EULA changes will maybe knock some sense into the server and stop the greed. Maybe that will help attract more people.

Why should you be unbanned? I have learned my lesson not to X-RAY anymore. Killion is one of the best servers I have ever been on. Killion’s unique ranking system makes it one of the best prison servers, but how can it be number one if no one is ever unbanned.
Any other information: Everyone makes mistakes in life. Why would you ban people forever just because they made a mistake? Banning someone permanently for X-RAYING is like putting someone in jail forever because they stole something. The only way to get back on Killion is to pay fifteen dollars. I could buy food for a week with that. If you temp banned X-RAYERS first and then permanently banned them if they cheated again, imagine how many more players you would have. More players means more donations. Stop running this server like a dictatorship, loosen up a little bit, respond to other players ideas and I guarantee that you will have more players. Just by unbanning one person, you can start to make a change.

I also know how people try to kill people, scam people and other bad things so hopefully I can try to stop things like this and make the server more enjoyable for other players. Also i think I should be guard because I would like to make sure that players are enjoying it but as a C now they mostly get killed by higher ranks running around, So as a guard I can help make sure that that doesn't happen especially during UK time. Also I am very forgiving so if I get killed I wont go and kill them back as that is breaking the rules and ive seen a guard do that. What makes you the best guard applicant? I would make the best guard applicant because of my dedication to the server killion. I have been on for 3 years and never gone inactive for an extended period of time. I know the server rules well and I enjoy helping prisoners out. I never wanted to rank up to free in the first place on this server, and instead hanged out with the c blockers in C block. I welcome the new people joining the server and try to make them want to stay on the server. I will treat all the prisoners with respect no matter what rank they are and will not abuse.

Why should you be unbanned?I don't know why i should be unbanned to be honest i just know that i have served my time being banned and have learnt a lot of lessons from hacking and how much it is unfair to other people.I took my hacks off straight after i was banned from Killion and have never been banned from a Minecraft server since from Hacking.I found it had a unfair advantage and i wanted to play legit again.I only want to start afresh again on this amazing server.If you give me this opportunity to play this server again i know i won't let you guys down.

I hope these new EULA changes will maybe knock some sense into the server and stop the greed. Maybe that will help attract more people.

Which is why the server is essentially dead. Take away the chance that a hacker will not hack again and kill the server.
