My first application wasn't accepted, so I've decided to go a little bit more in-depth.

7) Why are you the best choice for guard?

There are aspects and traits that any person of authority should be required to have. When you grant someone a position of power, you must be certain that you can trust them, because a lack of trust leads to a failure to communicate, which, in turn, is the precedent to a catastrophic failure, be it of a server, of a community, or even of a nation. I am aware that there are strenuous requirements enacted to ensure trust and security.

I am cold. People have always thought of me as such, and I sometimes to lose friends due to my supposed heartlessness. When confronted with a problem or conflict, I give neither side the benefit of the doubt. I trust whomever owns the story with the least flaws, no matter who presents it. I am relatively unable to be swayed emotionally. Facts may or may not convince me, depending on their weight. I am a firm believer in the idea that nobody should be judged on their reputation alone, and that nobody should be harassed solely because somebody else does not approve of them, and that the hotshots should not be given a get-out-of-jail-free card due to their social status or otherwise. I enter a conflict with no stance, and I exit accordingly, still with a volatile opinion. It is my belief that opinions should be subject to constant fluctuation, or no progress is made. If you remove the emotions, only fairness remains. Fairness is what ensures that everyone is given equal opportunity and rights in any given situation.

I am loyal. Many people are under the impression that in order to gain, you must be infinitely willing to side with whomever currently offers the most benefits. I believe the opposite. I think that it reflects you, as a person, to be as trustworthy as possible. My allies do not vary unless they wrong me, and if they refrain from doing so, it is my hope they will be my friends until the end. I don't backstab based on benefits, and I don't deliberately offend my good acquaintances. This usually results in strong alliances and friendships, and what may potentially may show me to be more valuable than someone who isn't loyal.

I am confident. I have no qualms with taking somewhat large risks, as I know that I will not lose anything that will be more valuable to me than the opportunity. I am well aware that gain is impossible if you aren't confident, be it with yourself or others. This characteristic demonstrates value in a guard, because if someone is unwilling to take risks with offenders, than how can they properly guard? If you are too frightened to go out of your way to stop a riot, kill an offender, or seize a weapon, exactly how are you, in any way, shape, or form, a guard? Confidence is one of, if not the most relevant trait in this profession. If you don't act, you do not receive.

I am active. Fairly straightforward. I play quite often, and am very dedicated to the servers, such as this one, that warrant my time. The more time I put in, the more I receive in return, and the more I have to offer to others. A guard that isn't dedicated may not have the amount of time required in order to do a quality job of guarding, and may not be as thorough as someone who is consistently active. Activity is an important quality when it comes to doing anything in life, including being a guard.
I will do what is required of me. I will not waste much time mining or being social when it comes to being a guard. A guard that is frequently social is usually not focusing his efforts toward his/her position, and a guard that puts forth no effort into guarding is no guard.

I do not apply for the social status or the power. I apply because I would be able to make a difference, because I believe that I may be good at it, because it would be a quality use of my time, and because I wish to challenge myself. I feel that if I can benefit the community while exciting myself and maintaining order, then I would be doing a good job, and I am fairly certain that the only way for me to accomplish that is to be a guard.

These are the ways that I feel I would stand out as a guard. I believe that I have the skills and the personality traits required in order to be a quality guard. Even if I haven't played here as long as others have, even if I might not look as good on paper, you may trust me to fulfill my responsibilities, and I hope that I may be given the chance to prove myself.

If this application is not accepted, I would appreciate being told why, so I am aware of how I can improve myself in order to meet the requirements, and I will try to write two pages next time.

5) Any experience with the prison genre? well i played on a server quite similer to the prison genre, urbancraft. fellow members of that server include magicman2000, mask,
dualbladez, zone, and many others. i also played on multiple other prison servers, however they all seemed to be rip offs of convicted.

7) Why are you the best choice for guard? i'm a mature player who has a lot of experience in minecraft, and have been playing for over a year. i want to do my best as a guard to keep the server fun, and fair. i vow to never be corrupt or practice any forms of favoritism. i'm also quite active, and will take my roll as guard very seriously.

7) Why are you the best choice for guard? because im a good pvp(er) problem solving and many people respect me like derp (cant remember his full name) and benpanda they repect me because i helped them with problems and i also protected them but if they attack then both are going down.

6)As Free you ca buy a Mob Spanwer of any kind for 100k
7) You can buy Anti-Grief zones for your grinders so no more blame.
7A)If your Anti-Grief grinder is griefed, you get 2k per 3 missing blocks.
8) As a normal prisoner (C-Elite) you can buy inventory protection.
8A) It spawn your stuff in your inventory when you die for 6 different deaths.
8B) You can then choose if you want to got to bank or block shop by warping once per death.
9)Purchase tool kits. Prices are; (No Swords Included)
100 BP: Wooden Tool Kit
500 BP: Stone Tool Kit
1k BP: Iron Tool Kit
1k BP: Gold Tool Kit
3k BP: Diamond Tool Kit
9A) Kits go to chest keeper on death.
10) Creative Zone for Free. Certain area where you are in Creative Mode and build whatever.
10A) You must use warp sign to get there.
10B)Inventory wiped when you change modes.
