7) Why are you the best choice for guard? I believe that I would be the best guard for many reasons. Firstly Because I enjoy helping people. When I was new to the server everyone made me feel at home. SDAngel showed me around and helped me get started in the tree farm. No other server has ever made me feel so welcome. The first time I went on Savage Prison no one would acknowledge my existence. On Convicted it was like I was part of the family. I would enjoy welcoming new players the same way I was welcomed. I also think I would be good because I am a nice person. One of my favorite things about this server is how everyone is so nice. When I first started I was astounded at the admins on this server. Previous admins on other servers ignored me and even killed me for talking to them. Nope not on Convicted. The guards and players here are mostly friendly. I would like to be one of those guards so I could show the same kindness to others. I am pretty good at PVP. I play on servers such as Project Ares and Squadcraft a lot. I also play a lot of mini games such as The Survival Games or The Walls. These servers and games have helped me vastly improve my PVP. I believe I would be able to hold my own against most prisoners, especially if I had other guards to help. I think I would also be good as a guard because I am a trustworthy person. I try to be honest at all times. I will not abuse my power as guard. I am a dedicated and hard working person. I will stick with guarding, even if it becomes difficult. So don’t expect me to retire anytime soon. Now I would like to address some concerns that people may have about me being a guard. Many guards know me as a pest. I admit that I used to spawn fist and attack guards repeatedly. I assure you that I have matured and no longer spawn fist. Also another issue is inactivity. I will try to be active as much as possible. As a highschool freshman I might not be able to be on all the time, but I can be on for a good amount of time.
9) What is your current rank? Do you understand that we will require PROOF of your rank when/if you retire from guard? My rank is A Block. I understand that proof will be needed.

Just a few things I would like to address, first off, I realize there's no point of creating a ban appeal since Noakii will deny it anyway. I went on TS just to see who was on, when I saw nobody was on, I poked Noakii in a joking way, he was in his own channel and I poked saying "loner." He then came to my channel and banned me from TS. I then went on Convicted to ask if I was perm banned and he replies "Doesn't matter, you have no friends anyway." And I responded "So this is why the server only has 20 people on now." I then am banned for the reason of "Molestation/Noakii." So I went on my alt, I said not a word. And I'm automatically banned for "Get out of here."
Does that sound like complete bullsh*t to anyone else? Honestly, I can understand if it was maybe a tempban for a day or 2, but perm banned for saying one thing? All the favorites say stuff like that, what happens to them? They get 1 second banned. This server is corrupt, run by an owner who knows nothing and is biased towards anyone but aevil, benjee, and a few others. 1 year and 2 months of coming on here, and I'm perm banned for this crap? This is not meant for any other staff member because for the most part I like all you guys.

I know I'm no longer an active player or a player of this server anymore but I felt the need to post here on this. I know back talking NOAKII was never a good idea. But there are still standards he should have to follow when he bans people. He shouldn't ban people just for saying things he doesn't like. People aren't always going to say what he wants to hear its part of life. I honestly believe this server is going to fail and die if this kind of stuff keeps happening. I don't want convicted to die but at this point if it did it would no longer suprise me. These bans and abuse by staff mostly NOAKII are causing this server to lose players. It is no longer the fun little abuse he used to do. That's the end of my rant. I won't lie to you guys I left partly because of this crap. I played for over a year and finally got tired of it.

7) Why are you the best choice for guard? (1-2 paragraphs)Because I am a free and like almost all frees I LOOVEE to riot, so if I am chosen for guard I can usually tell when some people want to riot. And I am a fare PvPer. But the life span of a trainee is usually like 2-5 mins XD. And I also love the server and I am starting to notice were losing a lot of guards and not many are on all the time so id like too help that and be on when others are not

I honestly did not know it was a rule and I only did one thing:
I changed my faction tag to "unmuteme" so I can ask iNicool why i got muted.
She didn't give me a reason for muted and then she banned me so I was like dafuq?
I won't do anything like this again and I'll read the rules closely this time to make sure I get muted/jailed/banned for the right reasons.
I love playing on this server and I've worked so hard, I made many new friends and was beginning to think that I could be here for a while. I vote everyday to get more people to join this server.

Well, it all started like this: Someone made a broadcast that there was a stack of diamonds in a chest in B ancient mine, the only person that was capable of it was iNicool. After the broadcast two people got banned by the Alpha guard for Xray. I'm just sitting there thinking, "iNicool must have done this broadcast and placed a trap for the xrayers," so I typed this in chat as well while I was still jailed for pvp (not by iNicool). Next thing I knew I got muted, without warning, it didn't say "muted for _____" or anything, no one bothers to say anything. So I changed my Fac Tag from "AloneForev" to "unmuteme". And you know the rest of the story from here.
I hope you please consider this as a misunderstanding iNicool.

I'm no longer going to be active on Convicted anymore, I'm gonna be excited to see new changes to the prison when I return in a few months or so
