I would suggest playing a little longer before applying as well as ranking up to at least A. Re-read the rules as you are missing a very special something in your app. Fix capitalization (i.e. i vs I) and expand question 7 a lot more. Good luck!

I do not believe that if factions and their allies attack that they should get away with it, and I am positive they would attack once I came back, so I could easily avenge the other guards without breaking any rules. If I attack someone on accident I will not kill them if they attack back but I will simply tell them it wasn't on purpose. If they continue to attack, I will kill them. I won't rage or something if I die, or if I don't get the position, I'll just continue being a normal player. I'm on for at least 2 hours every day for the summer. Hey guys I just want to tell you something, my friend tried to log onto my alt foxymango this morning. The password was changed, I think it might be hacked. If it came on this morning and said anything, it was a hacker. A ban would be good because I don't want to be responsible for what it did/does. I'll tell you guys when I get the pass back.

I will get a warden to find where i said all of them things. I only recall me once calling you an idiot... Don't ever lie about ever again, because i know what i say and what a don't. I will be expecting an apology from ou when you realise that i have never said any of that stuff, except the idiot, which i probably did. I do apologise for that, It is just my opinion. Also, It was a 1d tempban for suicide spam... Dusty Perma banned someone for it, so i would say i am being pretty generous.

(1-2 paragraphs) I think i am the best choice for guard as i have a lot of experience on prison servers.and I have been on other prison servers and have been guard before on 2 servers and so from that i have gained the knowledge and experience on how to be guard. i am able to be on quite a lot for im on atleast 5 hours a day depending if i have stuff to do. I also think i would be a great choice for guard because i love to enforce rules on any server I goon and I would never slack down and not do my job but instead i would always try my hardest and harder. if i was a guard i would make sure people follow the rules and make sure that no one has contraband items. another reason why i think i should be guard is because i am always available when im not at school (i hate my social life thats why) so i would always be on quite a lot. Another reason on why i think i would be the best choice for guard is because i am very friendly with most the guards and i always respect and obey there descisions, i would never pick a fight with someone because they were mean to me. A final reason on why i am the best choice for guard is because since I am on a lot of time and always try my best to make sure nothing happens that shouldn't as by being on a lot i am able to do my job a lot more and will be able to help people a lot more and these were the main points on why i think i should be guard.

Maaty_x is doing really well as a trainee. He's got like 300 kills already.
I agree that he's doing good at trainee, I would make him a full guard if I could. He's not going to be afraid if there's a group attack on the guards if it's him and one other guard. I observe the guards so I can learn and he's the one I find the bravest. He has a lot of courage.

Like I said before, you have been lied to, and if you wish to see further evidence, we shall get either Noakii or Hexa involved to check the logs and see what I said about you...
It still isn't too fair about you just instantly banning me, than making fun of me when I try to explain and you just leave. It was pretty unfair why I got banned, if you would have given me time to explain, maybe this wouldn't have happened. And it also bothers me that you think I ment to caps to annoy people on purpose.

Before I get started with this long post, let me say that every single opinion or statement I make is not MY singular opinion, it is backed up by most of the server. I've talked to several people and they all feel the same on all of this.
Recently Hexa has been installing a great deal of new plugins and changing around a few things, some people might think this is to better the server. While some of the things he implemented might make some people happy, everything else is just completely harmful to the server. I applaud hexa writing all the code and spending several hours doing it, but if the plugin is horrible and the idea is going to hurt the server then its a waste of time. One thing I have been saying recently is that Convicted is slowly declining in popularity, this can be credited to a lack of fun new ideas or things that would make people happy. I believe that some of the changes happening are caused by this point, but the execution, at best, is horrible. If one hundred new (horrible) things are stuffed down the players throats then what do you expect to happen?
Every time I say this i'm called "ignorant" or "stupid" but look at the numbers! We used to get a steady 100 people a day, now we get an average of 60. Making all of the current players infuriated with change that no one likes is not going to be beneficial to the growth of the server, it will literally do the opposite. Making all these people mad (including my self) will drive them away, not bring in new players. Some examples are as followed; the new command for guards, it is great, it reduces spam but brings up one more problem, it cuts the player off from ALL chat. Yes, this it to ensure "I did not see you calling" is never said but small problems should never be solved with a HUGE solution. That is another one of the problems of the server management, every small problem is solved with the easiest way, despite all of the negative reactions from the whole server. Disabling mobs in free is also another large problem, I know every single person is going to put 1 and 2 together and say that "you only want mobs enabled because you have a grinder," this is simply not true. When I speak out and make long forums posts its not for selfish reasons, I do it for the server. I want to see Convcited grow and become double what it is now, but how I can expect that while I watch some one like hexa do what he is currently doing. The staff always call me stupid and ignorant but thier whole view on the subject matter is extremely one sided, they wont let any other party talk or have any say, its there way, Period.
I know I don't call the shots but from hearing the whole server voice their opinion, this is what I think would be best.
Leave the new guard plugin, but change it so that it doesn't keep the prisoner from seeing server chat.
Enable mobs, disabling them is a solution to grinders but it is also taking away a HUGE portion of the game away. It is not going to go well with the hundreds or even thousands of players who don't use grinders
Remove the item grouping plugin, its just stupid. It ruins give away's (from wardens / frees), and it can be really annoying if your mining next to some one
When you die, bring back the old GUI / remove what ever was changed. If you die from a sword with knock back / fire you will spawn not in the water on fire.
The last thing I want to cover is less pertinent to changes made over the last week by hexa but something that has been going on for a long time. Everyone knows that some wardens 9.9 out of 10 times wont do what you ask and will ignore you. This is a huge problem, Im not really a person who gets color / prefix changes but if you guys would help out the donor or even veteran player when they need it, the server would over all be happier and increase in how good it is. A server with admins that don't help and ignore / abuse you is something no new player would stick with.
Fusion, I was talking to 'Foxymango' this morning. I said 'Hi alex' and foxy said 'SHUSH its fusion don't tell anyone'. I was talking to foxy a lot and 'foxymango' was talking about your Dad and was impersonating you fusion. Honestly, I thought it was you, this person obviously knows you well because they talked a lot like you talked. Also, talk to Yoda about it, he was talking with 'foxymango' too. We had riots with 'foxymango' and the rest of the factions aswell. I hope this helps

You are entitled to your own opinion so I will not comment on it but this statement that is left from the quote is false I do not remember I time where we had 100+ people for more then 5 days in a row we always hovered around 60-80 people but think of Convicted as the business cycle (inb4 Killion reference to how they make so much money) and just use that as a guide Convicted is just going though a recession/recovery stage but soon it will be back to normal.
I caught and banned this fusion impersonator on foxymango. Until fusion can get this sorted out, it won't be unbanned.

Anyway, if there's someone on foxy who pretends they're fusion and doesn't really act like them/stays on a lot and goes on frequently, it's probably not her as a) she's kinda-sorta still inactive and b ) she'd most likely be on fusion. As well as me. Usually if foxy is on and my main account isn't on, then it's most likely not me.
Time of Ban: It was about 7:30-7:45 Central U.S. Time (Iowa) on 1/5/2013
Why Should I be Unbanned: So as I just reached Elite I thought I might take a trip over to the Elite Snow Mine. When I arrived and noticed that there was nobody there and the mines had been reset. So I decided to go in and see if I could find some diamonds. I found two or three diamond ores on the top of the mine exposed and I mined those straight away. Then I started to mine down and then start destroying snow blocks because with a diamond shovel you can quickly destroy the snow very quickly. While doing so I found another Diamond Ore so I mined it then I saw DaChimp down and I continued to mine and shortly after I was banned for X-ray. I think I should be unbanned because I was wrongly accused.
Additional Info: In all honesty I love this server because this was my first server I ever played on (got minecraft about 1 1/2 years ago) I was on a different account at the time. I won't risk ever getting banned on this server again because I like to much to just let it go. I was considering donating $30 like many of my friends have so I could get to Donor Block and Siberia quest too. Some of them that have donated are Arctic Rival, Arctic Pie ,and Grant422. I feel almost left behind because I am the only one who wasn't Free and I thought I could have gotten away with it. As I have said many times if got unbanned this would never happen again and I would record all mining trips like I should have been doing.
It has been so long since I have played minecraft and this was my favorite server. I would love to play this server again if you would give me the chance.

I had just mined a diamond when the mine restarted. No one was there so I mined the top three diamonds. Then I mined straight down and found a diamond. Then the screen changed and said Banned:X-Ray/DaChimp I wear pants.

You are entitled to your own opinion so I will not comment on it but this statement that is left from the quote is false I do not remember I time where we had 100+ people for more then 5 days in a row we always hovered around 60-80 people but think of Convicted as the business cycle (inb4 Killion reference to how they make so much money) and just use that as a guide Convicted is just going though a recession/recovery stage but soon it will be back to normal.

Anyway, if there's someone on foxy who pretends they're fusion and doesn't really act like them/stays on a lot and goes on frequently, it's probably not her as a) she's kinda-sorta still inactive and b ) she'd most likely be on fusion. As well as me. Usually if foxy is on and my main account isn't on, then it's most likely not me.

Why Should I be Unbanned: So as I just reached Elite I thought I might take a trip over to the Elite Snow Mine. When I arrived and noticed that there was nobody there and the mines had been reset. So I decided to go in and see if I could find some diamonds. I found two or three diamond ores on the top of the mine exposed and I mined those straight away. Then I started to mine down and then start destroying snow blocks because with a diamond shovel you can quickly destroy the snow very quickly. While doing so I found another Diamond Ore so I mined it then I saw DaChimp down and I continued to mine and shortly after I was banned for X-ray. I think I should be unbanned because I was wrongly accused.
Additional Info: In all honesty I love this server because this was my first server I ever played on (got minecraft about 1 1/2 years ago) I was on a different account at the time. I won't risk ever getting banned on this server again because I like to much to just let it go. I was considering donating $30 like many of my friends have so I could get to Donor Block and Siberia quest too. Some of them that have donated are Arctic Rival, Arctic Pie ,and Grant422. I feel almost left behind because I am the only one who wasn't Free and I thought I could have gotten away with it. As I have said many times if got unbanned this would never happen again and I would record all mining trips like I should have been doing.
It has been so long since I have played minecraft and this was my favorite server. I would love to play this server again if you would give me the chance.

Why Should I be Unbanned: I would have tried to be unbanned earlier but I couldn't find the correct minecraft forums page. I was in the B-Block mining diamonds. I had just mined a diamond when the mine restarted. No one was there so I mined the top three diamonds. Then I mined straight down and found a diamond. Then the screen changed and said Banned:X-Ray/DaChimp I wear pants.
Additional Info: I started looking for the forums again because my friends started playing on it. I would really like to play with them . Please un ban me.
