Well, I deserve to be unbanned because, well, I don't have Nodus on my computer
I never used it in the past, am not using it in the present, and most definitely will
not use it in the future.
Even though that is the truth, I am partially confused on why I was banned in the first place. I am
assuming it is an error made by the staff, or perhaps, more likely, a result from the large amount of lag the server was experiencing at the time. Nevertheless, I am hoping that this can get solved and
settled soon.
Any additional information: My skype username is "unknown5676" for if it is needed to be discussed further. If I could see any kind of Anticheat related proof that I was hacking, that would be neat.

Hello can a warden please ban this man or an alpha when they get on?
i watched him for a solid 3 min. He was on water but standing on it and was autofishing. Each time the rod went down it went back and he got a fish and it immediately went back like it does when you are autofishing. This kept up for a couple min until he decided he had enough fish and he walked a bit on the water back to the pool stone area.and here is another taken a couple min after I took the first. I went next to him and tried to stand like he didto see if part of him was on slabs. Nope.

Too short PLEASE at least make an app with a decent paragraph in it. And Wardens will probably only accept prisoners who stay on the server for at least a month or they will accept people who people know well.

I was the one that banned you, and my name was put in the ban message. About your ban, well, as Noakii put it quite some time ago, "your account is your responsibility," and, "if you're ready to let others on to your account then you are ready to be banned." How are we supposed to know if it was you or your friend that used X-ray? We don't. If we unbanned somebody because their, "friend," or their, "brother," or their, "neighbor,"...? O_o used X-ray, then pretty much all X-rayers would be unbanned at this point. I'm sorry. :c

I really believe I can be an asset to the guards, and I believe this because I really, honestly, want to help protect people from the riots by the frees and not just be a guard for the bonuses like power and BP. When I was in C the people who were bored (FREES) decided to have some fun with the lower-class prisoners. They were constantly killing me and others making us lose tons of potential BP, making it hard to rank up. Very few of the guards helped me and when they did avenge me I got none of my hard earned items back. If I were a guard I would protect prisoners and return items to the killed prisoner. I would strive to be the best guard I could be and be as helpful to the prisoners as I can be. I don't rage when people team me and if I do rage, I won't take it out on others.

THis makes them not want to get back on and just leave the server. we can't have that! I also see guards HELP bully them. they dont kill are jail the people doing the action. some do and are really nice but i dont like being beat up and robbed when ever im done mining. I also want to see this from the guard perspective. they seem to always be chill good or bad. i want to Help others without being killed every time it happens. this may not look like a lot but it means alot to me...that sounded geeky throwing that out there.

Well, Ive come to a realization. I have a lot of friends who are guards, I never kill them. And if I do its because they asked for my sword or what ever, if this happens I Immediately give there items backs. I will even go to the extent of taking a jail so they don't die or not helping my ally in a fight.
One thing I have been noticing about almost all of these Guards is that they, Well, Strive to kill me when the opportunity comes. I know its there job but as a Friend, you think they would tone it down. I know, people will say "its our job" but everyone knows damn well that a friend would go easier on a friend.
My point is, Im going to be less nice to Guards who show these traits. Why do so much for them if the favor is not returned? That is all I want to say in this post, Thanks for reading.
