Warden/Alpha that issued your ban: benjaminsaunders (MichaelM8 told me this info.) Approximate time of ban: August 4th, 2012. About 8:00PM Pacific Daylight Time. Why you deserve to be unbanned: I was walking in the C Foyer I asked Noakii to spawn an Enderdragon (2 times, but with a 20 second interval in between!). I realized Noakii was AFK or something so I walked away. There was a fight going on. I obviously don't remember what people were in the fight, but I know Benjaminsaunders was one. I walked into a Non-Pvp Zone because I thought they were gonna target on me. Than I got an "Internal Java Read:Timeout" thingy and when I tried to log back in it said "Banned: Fail Hax" Any additional information: Although I was mysteriously banned, I still love this server. Its the only server thats FUN. That you can make FRIENDS on. I'm not mad at anyone though, I know how tough your jobs are and you can make mistakes. I'm not sure if this was a mistake or whatever, but I know-I swear- I did not do anything that was against the rules. Reason you were banned: I was rightly banned, 6 or so months ago for spam. I was annoyed. I was wrongly dis-behaving. So I feel i am ready to give this server one last shot. I am sorry to the whole MC-Convicted.org Community, Jaakey, Benjee, DualBladez, and all you others, I only give the list of names i can truly think on my head who i liked, or who i remembered hated me. Once again COnvicted I cannot be enough sorry for my actions. I was a child, annoying, a jerk, a selfish miner , and worst of all, i spammed. I am truly sorry Convicted.

I feel like I could be an amazing addition to your staff, and I can’t wait to get started! I am fun most of the time, but, if necessary, i am not affraid to lay down the law. I am very loyal to convicted, as it is the only server I actually play (I am a mod on another server) and I have wanted to be a guard since I started playing prison servers, and this is the only. Server I would apply to, because it is amazing. I am also a good pvp-er and I will only pvp when I am attacked or when I finish a countdown outside of no pvp areas, like the bank, fishing, crafting, shops, cafeteria, etc. I Also, I can get on for about 5 hours minimum daily. Also, here are some things that will happen and what I would do:
· A prisoner attacks me - I attack them, but if they go into no pvp and I didn’t tag them, I don’t countdown, I just let them go because I never tagged. If I do tag, I say their name and “out” and then I countdown from 5. If they get out before “jail” I don’t jail them but I do kill when they leave. If I reach “jail”, however, I do /jail (player) temp 10m.
· Prisoners are fighting - If both prisoners are hitting, I kill them both. If only one is hitting, I leave the other one be. If they get to no pvp without me tagging them, the same rules apply as in the example above
· A prisoner is breaking a server rule – I immediately jail them for 30 minutes (or more depending if an alpha/warden is on) and then I Tell an alpha or warden about what I saw happen.
· A prisoner is holding contraband – I tell them to hand it over and count down from 5. After I reach 1 if I am in no pvp, I jail and if I am in pvp I attack.

Something like this is suggested about once or twice a month. It is vey unlikely to happen, unfortunately. The reason that Noakii is against the idea because, as he put it, "It just seems to me that Guards are on a power trip, lookin for the quickest route to high power." Something like that anyway. The point is though, that the times the idea has been suggested, it has been declined by Noakii. I don't think that that will change anytime soon, unless Vipef likes the idea.

Why you deserve to be unbanned: Today I was eating breakfast and was AFK on convicted, I come back to see that Froot banned me for aimbotting. This seems weird because I didnt have any hacked clients installed and Never have had in the past. My cousin (dragonzlayerZ) was talking to him so I decided to log on my cousins account and argue with froot, I asked why and he said I was aimbotting in war the previous day, he claimed that Noakii, dusty, aldron, him self, and ben were there and they all saw me "aim bot," What I dont get is that If everyone I was fighting had the power to ban (especially noakii / dusty) why wasnt I banned on the spot for "aimbotting," something I never did. If this a compliment on my PVP skills since I dont hack yet froot sais im so good at pvp that he accuses me of Aimbot and bans me or this just an excuse to ban (again) Gorea27. What I find funny is that for a few weeks me and my Cousin would share the account dragonzlayerZ and everything was fine, no one knew I was Gorea, I would even make jokes with some staff. But as soon as I say "Im Gorea" literally the same people find a way to ban me and here you go, "aimbotting." Something Ive never done, never will do, and just a excuse to Abuse and ban Me.
Any additional information: Note: If I get banned for the smallest thing (fail glitching through a plot door) Why would I do something like getting a hacked client? Only retarded people cant tell when some one is hacking, If I was aimbotting it would have been a big deal since it was 1 (me) Vs 5 - 8 people in war, my body would have been glitching. Also, if you guys are addressing that one time I was Using a Bow against Dusty, I wasnt hacking then, I literally missed 4 / 10 shots I fired and at that time I was thinking this Exact thought "Im hitting him alot, I hope they dont think Im hacking." I missed 40% of the shots, and its not Impossible to be accurate with a bow, its a skill, people can be good at skills just like running fast or jumping high. I happen to be decent at shooting a bow in Minecraft.

You were glitching around and striking the person closest to you at all times, you would be hitting someone and someone else would come up from behind and boom they would get hit. They watched you extra long just to make sure.

I am just telling you what we saw. No need to get all agressive. We aren't talking about your bow skills at all it was your spinning with a sword we are interested in. You were hitting to many different people to fast. There was 5 people watching you all with the power to ban.

Also, if you guys are addressing that one time I was Using a Bow against Dusty, I wasnt hacking then, I literally missed 4 / 10 shots I fired and at that time I was thinking this Exact thought "Im hitting him alot, I hope they dont think Im hacking." I missed 40% of the shots, and its not Impossible to be accurate with a bow, its a skill, people can be good at skills just like running fast or jumping high. I happen to be decent at shooting a bow in Minecraft.
You were glitching around and striking the person closest to you at all times, you would be hitting someone and someone else would come up from behind and boom they would get hit. They watched you extra long just to make sure.
