Just wait 7 days, it will not kill you. I had to wait 7 days for a temp ban, and I am still alive today. I know that I would not be happy when somebody killed me with lava. Just wait.

If you say that you have read the guard rules thoroughly, then you should have read that your app needs to show some effort. Question 7 needs about two more paragraphs, you're missing a certain word, and you need to reread the guard rules. Guards are everywhere in the prison especially C. Guard go to B to guard every once and a while, we do our job well. Also, Jaakeyx (Warden) said that almost no new guards will be excepted unless the app shows extraordinary effort. When reading this and looking at the size, it is clear to me that this took about two minutes or less. Please state your rank, IGN, time zone, and experience. Then once you have done these things I told you to do, repost your better app in a week and I'll evaluate it.
SR: I remember when I reached Free, warps to Omega were $1. Now they are $500. If you have items/experience on you, this will cost you $1000 to warp to Omega and back to the prison. The concept of all Frees being rich is a stereotype. Take my alt, builder1029, for example. Oftentimes, I will guard more than work in the mines. So when something costs money, I will usually not have enough money for whatever it is. I think that the Omega warps are too pricy, and should be toned down to about $250 or so.

This might take a while because I am planning to make it long.So firstly lets talk about my pvp. I would call it great, alot of people will agree with me but I know I am not the best of the best. I would probulary rate my sword skills as a 8.5/10
and my bow skills as a definite 9.5/10.I am great with my bow and i am good with it because I know how much gravity the arrow will need to hit my target and I very rarely miss a moving target! My sword skills are a bit lower because Idon't always hit, even though I do have good techniques to try and win the fight, and don't get me wrong they do mostly work. So the next thing on my list to get covered is my understanding of the rules. My understanding of the rules are very good, to prove this I will give you some scenarios
no.1) I saw a rank C with a wooden sword, what I do is ask for it and do the countdown. if he doesn't give it DIRECTLY to me, I will kill him or even jail him, if he gives it to a point where I cannot reach it, I will jail him.
no.2) I saw two rank C's having a PVP, I would chase them and kill them, if they run into a safe zone when I hit them, I will start my countdown and then jail them. If they went into the safe zone before I hit them, I will search for the other one because they get a clean start.
no.3) I saw another guard abusing his powers, I would not try and start an argument but I will take a screenshot and report them here.If I get mistaken then I will apologise to them. I do not take pride in telling on people but I am just doing what's best for the server.
no.4) I saw a person banking in a safe zone while I was trying to catch them for whatever reason it would be, I would immediately jail them for the correct period of time.
no.5) If I do get a higher rank later on then I see someone commit numerous offences in a small period of time then I would send them to D after giving them a warning. So the next thing on my list to tell you is my forum activity. My forum activity at the moment is average.This is because Idon't really have a respected opinion yet, However if i do get trainee plus then I will be on the forums alot more in my time zone. I will mostly tell people what I think of their apps and help people out in general. Even if it is small things like changing their signature to something related to McConvicted. My final thing I wanted to say about is my contribution in general. I think the amount of time I come on this server is a fair amount. about 5 hours weekdays and 9-10 hours at weekends. I will spend all of my time guarding or on the forums and none of it messing about. I believe if everyone tries hard enough, they probulary will succeed and that is what I am trying to do.I don't see many people around the B block so i will spend a bit of my time there so the two low blocks are pretty much covered. Well, Noakii, I want to become a guard because I love convicted, and I think I could be a very good asset to convicted, as far as skill and my willingness to always help. I am a very nice person. I really love this server, and want to gain peoples respect. I know my name may say otherwise, but I am actually very mature. I just like the name . I feel like I could be an amazing addition to your staff, and I can’t wait to get started! I am fun most of the time, but, if necessary, i am not affraid to lay down the law. I am very loyal to convicted, as it is the only server I actually play (I am a mod on another server) and I have wanted to be a guard since I started playing prison servers, and this is the only. Server I would apply to, because it is amazing. I am also a good pvp-er and I will only pvp when I am attacked or when I finish a countdown outside of no pvp areas, like the bank, fishing, crafting, shops, cafeteria, etc. I Also, I can get on for about 5 hours minimum daily. Also, here are some things that will happen and what I would do:
· A prisoner attacks me - I attack them, but if they go into no pvp and I didn’t tag them, I don’t countdown, I just let them go because I never tagged. If I do tag, I say their name and “out” and then I countdown from 5. If they get out before “jail” I don’t jail them but I do kill when they leave. If I reach “jail”, however, I do /jail (player) temp 10m.
· Prisoners are fighting - If both prisoners are hitting, I kill them both. If only one is hitting, I leave the other one be. If they get to no pvp without me tagging them, the same rules apply as in the example above
· A prisoner is breaking a server rule – I immediately jail them for 30 minutes (or more depending if an alpha/warden is on) and then I Tell an alpha or warden about what I saw happen.
· A prisoner is holding contraband – I tell them to hand it over and count down from 5. After I reach 1 if I am in no pvp, I jail and if I am in pvp I attack.

I have been sick with chronic lyme disease for two years and since that stops me from doing most of the things i love I spend a lot of time on MC servers so I will be able to devote many hours to this server.

I'm going to have to agree on this one with him. I know grant in real life. I don't support the logging he does, and in fact it sometimes annoys me, but he's my good friend, and I skype with him a bunch. Unless somebody has proof of him hacking, then I really don't see the problem with unbanning him. According to zzwerling, we have an anti pvp log plugin. We could just use that to punish grant over and over again, no matter how many times he logs. Eventually, he will learn his lesson and stop logging.
i would like to report first republic, convicted guard. he jailed me when i was in a pvp zone for not handing over a contrabrand item, he has to fight me in this circumstance. thank you and i hope u have a talk with him
