Why you deserve to be unbanned:I deserve to be unbanned because i was never xraying. Thats how i normally mine in Omega and i would never xray whats the point of xraying it ruins the game >.>

Any additional information: When i was mining before i was banned i spent all my money on a pickaxe that egypto was selling for me for 100k then i was waiting for the mine to reset and everybody was waiting. there was alot of people in omega then usual When i was mining i was mining from ladder to ladder then benj made a deep hole and covered it so he can see if i would fall down. then i saw that he made that hole then started to mine away from the trench. When i was mining away from the trench i saw someone in chat say "duder is xraying i have proof" (either was cometcore or someone else) Then i said "Proof?" and as soon as i said those words i was banned. But if you saw any of the earlier post from cometcore he said cookie said that she/he had proof and still dont see proof....

as for the unbann app, aldron if you have legit proof keep him banned. but if you are going on "it looked like he was x-raying" then he should get unbenned (if you saw him go strait to diamonds it doesnt mean he x-rayed.... but if he did it like 3+ times, well that is X-Raying, for sure.)

when i was mining i didnt even find 3 diamonds i was just mining in the pattern i normally do.

Please stop spamming the forums with your unban apps every page it will not get you unbanned any quicker and makes you look bad. Repost every 10 pages or else you will not be unbanned. Thank you.

I have a suggestion. Today. We had a spam attack. Mattme eventually got on but it was mainly just regular guards. So I think there should be a jail where a player can't speak. So in case there is no alpha or warden on.

Make a region over the C-spawn area (the 2x2 water) and flag it as "send-chat deny". This will prevent all spambot attacks, reason being that spambots cannot move from the original spawn point, and if they cannot talk at the original spawn point, they cannot spam.

holdonholdon, a spam attack? did that spam blocker get deleted? because it should have prevented it...
mikey's idea would be usefull, its easy to do and would stop spambots (i think) if people wanted to take the time to move the spambots out of spawn they could.. but it would be worth doing anyway.
and urasyupi id be glad to teach you some stuff in guard testing. just ppm me if you see me on.(i dont come on as much because i have to switch my 1.3 jar with my 1.2.5 jar >.> every single time... it gets annoying)

Just incase you are wondering. this is my alt Symphoney_lord. but i usually play on my main acount Sargent_Guava 1) IGN: Symphoney_lord (just in case caps matter, the first l in lord is lowercase)

3) How long have you been playing the server? (Minimum of 3 days) im not really sure, i dont keep track. but several months. so alot more than 3 days :b (this might help: i started playing a week or 2 before dual became warden. )
4) Have you read the Server, Prison, and Guard Rules? yes many many times. i still read them often in case changes are made. and i know them so well i find myelf correcting others because they dont know the rules.
5) Any experience with the prison genre? convicted is the only prison server i play on. i havent even been on another prison server once. no joke, i havnt even logged onto another prison server. and i have all the experience gained playing this server, witch is alot. i know the prison inside and out... actually i dont know that much about the outside. but thats ok because guards are stuck in C and B block. i have been a guard on this server before and i retired from frustration. but i have this alt now so i can come on as a guard or a non guard!

7) Why are you the best choice for guard? i am the best chose for guard because of many reasons. one of the first and foremost is my reasons for joining. i want to join so i can help others. make their time on convicted more enjoyable. that may be saving someone who mined for an hour and was attacked on their way to the store. or someone who is dieing of boredom and needs a sparing partner (sadly :/ the second happens ALOT without even asking me first :P) many/most join the guards simply for power. in fact the tutorial says "if you want a position of power the guards are for you" or something of the sort. but i don't want a position of power. i truly want to help in any way i can and make convicted a more enjoyable place.
another really good reason for me to be a guard is my pvp skills. i am very good at pvp, so i can dispatch opponents quickly and stop riots. and because i like to help, i also love escorting C-blockers to the store or the bank. or wherever they feel like going and dont want to be killed. i can take on just about anyone on convicted in a fair fight. and wont abuse my skills to kill people for no reason. when i hit someone on accident i always try to make amends. sometimes i keep golden apples in my inventory to pass out as healing items.
I am a reliable responsible person. im very trustworthy and loyal. I don't hack cheat scam or glitch. I never run from a fight, and i would love to get guard and help anyone in anyway i can.

Why: because guarding is boring, I dont have an alt either so i can't switch or anything while i'm guarding. Besides i really like Omega and messing with guards and having all around Fun.
