Im pretty sure making the new guard faction last week did not break down the server so settle down man. I killed you once after you left the guard faction and made the one called DangersSux then you started shooting me so i warped up to you and killed you again and you just kept coming back for more. And you only made the faction DangersSux because i would not mod you in NewGuards so you had a little fit. You are so two faced, one minute where mates the next minute when some noobs reporting me you go and say all this bullcrap.
To be honest im quite fed up with all the Frees thinking they are head of the server and if something does not go there way that they can shout abuse and report, you even get people these days actually TRYING to make a guard accidently abuse for example standing on a safezone line and jumping left and right whilst hitting a guard and shouting abuse if a guard accidently hits you when you did not hit them when you came out. Its quite clear to me now that the harder you work as a guard the more the prisoners hate you, but that is the role i took on when i applied.
Also people if you are accidently killed by a guard whilst running in a riot even though you never hit anyone that is not abuse so stop ****ing shouting it, excuse my french. Guards make mistakes sometimes and as we all know Convicted is not the best server to pvp on for some people and it can get laggy and hard to hit people sometimes. And if it was really that big a deal that you died don't run near fights!

Yesterday the C foyer had been redecorated (like usual) I went down into the building and could not work my way out. Dangers was there too, in full diamond armor (i was in /kit guard) Soon a guy in diamond armor came down and tried to attack us, we hit him and managed to kill him. I picked up about half the loot (unenchanted diamond armor and a damage potion- I didn't really get time to look that was what I saw when I checked quickly- I realised that dangers had picked up the sword which was most likely op) after I had checked my inventory I closed it and saw that dangers had typed 'LOOT' and was standing next to me. He then left the guard faction and killed me with an op sword. I do not have screenshots of this but there were many people online when he left the faction and was almost demoted for not re-joining. The reason I am annoyed about this is the fact that I have next to nothing good. While he has op swords and diamond armor, I am still using /kit guard and trying to get enough diamonds for armor in the donor mine. (and enough exp for enchants)
I did not want to report this and I asked dangers a couple of times for the loot as I believed it was only fair, he said no every time.

DangersForDemoteNOW. No one really likes dangers. He does abuse. There have been tons of reports against him and I hope he either gets demoted and never allowed to become a guard again, or perma ban him.

i agree that this is bs that someone writes after having a bad day i've seen him guard he does a good job. while you did kill the guy guards are not allowed to give or sell contraband items. if you don't like dander then don't play when hes on don't try getting him demoted purposely since he is valued and appreciated guard by many.

Nice way to place the pictures but the bottom one was taken before the top 2 where it shows the staircase is blocked. I never went down there after the staircase was blocked. In the bottom photo the staircase was not yet blocked. And the reason you posted this now and not 2 weeks ago when it happened is because you need to wait for me to be looking bad so the pictures seemed more legit, am i right?

5) Any experience with the prison genre? I do have experiance, I've played on some before (they all sucked) and then I found out about Convicted, which is the best one.

7)Why Am I the best choice for guard. I am the best choice for guard because I will always follow rules. Make sure that all rules are followed. Also I will make sure our prison runs the way it should. That means NO breaking the rules or jailed. I will be my best even at my worst I will make it my best. I will... be the BEST!!!
Not only that. I also am a pretty good PvPer. I have killed many of others and sometimes guards. I will not give anyone items or kits. I do not use nodus, x-ray, or valor. I don't hack . I would like to help out our server and be a guard.

Dangers is a very good guard and I am not trying to get him demoted. I respect him and he has helped me out as a trainee. The only reason I posted that is because I would like that stuff I looted back. Its not much, just diamond armour (which dangers already has) and a potion (not really necessary but fair anyway)
I will completely forgive him if he gives me the items (and I hope he will forgive me for making a post of 'complaint)
I do not want to see dangers demoted. I am simply stating what happened in hope of dangers doing the right thing and giving me the items he killed me for. Guards should not have to worry about other guards stealing their items- we have enough of that worry thanks to frees xD

Why you deserve to be unbanned: I did not do anything. It must have been a mistake. Any additional information: The message says, "The Ban Hammer Has Spoken!" I have not done anything wrong. I was just walking around and then i was banned. I remember that there was a spam attack at the time so i believe i was either mistaken as a spammer or banned accidentally. I have tried a few other ban appeals months ago around the time i was banned but i quit because none of them were being acknowledged. I don't know if this would help but i am willing to go through D-Block.

Dangers is a very good guard and I am not trying to get him demoted. I respect him and he has helped me out as a trainee. I have been wondering about this too. This is one of the few servers that has still not updated to 1.3.1
[EDIT] Also there are probably a bunch of glitches since its brand new!
They are still waiting on a few plugins. Convicted has a lot of unique plugins. They will update when they can. Be patient.
