3) How long have you been playing the server? (Minimum of 3 days) I have been playing on this on and off for about one year. This isn't constant though. Playing everyday, it has been about five months.



4) Have you read the Server, Prison, and Guard Rules? I have read the Noakii sever, prison and guard rules. I fully adknowledge and accept them.



5) Any experience with the prison genre? Although I have been on this server for a while now, I cannot say that I have had any staff positions on other prison servers. My knowledge of prison servers and how they run is very high due to my time on Convicted.



6) What is your time zone? My time zone is EST. (Eastern Standard Time)



7) Why are you the best choice for guard? (1-2 paragraphs) I am the best choice for a guard position because I know the prison system all too well. I understand what to look for and how to make the game enjoyable for everyone. Not only that but I can provide a lot of time in the prison in areas such as A-Block and B-Block that do not get much attention at all. On average I can spend five hours a day on the server. This will ensure the protection of inmates from illegal contraband such as swords and drugs. Also, I have had past experience on a factions server that had a lot of problems with members using x-ray. Because of this, I know exactly what to look for when on patrol.



8) Do you understand that nagging Wardens in-game to read your app will result in immediate decline? I understand that nagging Wardens in-game to read my application will result in immediate decline.



9) What is your current prison rank? Do you understand that we will require a screenshot of this when/if you retire from guard? My current prison rank is A-Block. Attached below is a screen shot of that.

I would like to point out that convicted has a real problem with going offline and kicking people/timing out of multiple people right now and its a huge drawback on the server.

Now, I like this app, but there are a few spelling errors, which is fine.
But if you have been actively playing everyday for 5 months, you should be farther than A-block :/
But all that aside, its a fine app
Another thing is..... guards (with the exception of alpha) can NOT go to A block, just D, C, and B, so if you were accepted you wouldn't be doing any time in A xD but hey, not a bad app, keep trying, good luck!

I am aware of my rejection but I have checked the application thoroughly and have not noticed any spelling errors.

Its no longer a tease when jgh actually payed for his unban. Hes unbanned now so whether aro had anything to do with it or not who knows and who cares.

   First of all, I have a good experience with being a guard as I was a guard on another server and I kept my position for about 4 months before the server reset/closed down temporarily so I quit. Even if I didn't quit though, I would still have to apply again and re-donate for all of my perks that I had.

   Secondly, I like to help people so whenever someone needs help with anything ranging from a question to protection from riotting scrubs I'm there to help. In the past I've tried to help people with simple things like; setting up a chest shop, or buying a cell, or just ranking up. But it's always broken up by someone who just ends up killing us, or a guard who assumes I'm bullying the prisoner.

   Thirdly, I really love Convicted and would never do anything wrong that would be bad for the server. In other words I would never abuse my powers as a guard against the server or against individual players because I feel that even the most simple thing can really impact the server (like Noakii quiting   )

   Fourthly, I also feel like getting trainee/guard will help me be even more active than I am because since I am Free now, there's nothing really for me to do so if I become a trainee that will keep me occupied by breaking up riots and keeping order. I suck at parkour which rules out every other option other than riots which I can't do because most guards have really good swords and/or Chaos (or even double chaos).

   Fifth of all, I've noticed that about 2/8 of the guards aren't even active which makes me a little frustrated that their not active yet maintain their positions while other people (not referencing myself) have really good guard apps but due to the amount of guards are not accepted. I also noticed that some guards don't really do anything. It seems like they're active but they only log on for about 5 minutes and if they do log on for longer, it's usually that they're on MineChat (not talking about any specific guards).

   And sixth on my list, I've always wanted to be a guard ever since I joined the server so I would never abuse my powers that would make me lose my job because I feel like if I did that, I'd be no better than all the other people who have done things like abusing glitches, kept kit guard in their chests, and just abused their powers. I would also never abuse my abilities because I would love being a guard so much. And furthermore, I believe in doing what's right so I will rarely do something to be a bad person because I truly believe in doing the right thing and not doing things to abuse certain abilities. I also never rip people off when selling things such as donor or any in-game item.



   And of course finally, I feel that I would be the best candidate for guard because I am probably one of the most active people on this server. Of course plenty of people that play Convicted are active but I typically log on every day and if not one day, I'll log on the next day. I know that most of the guards are inactive so Viper's trying to demote them and make it so that other people can get the chance to be a guard, but if I get guard I will be as active as possible and come on the server every day even if it's just to say hi. So I really hope that this app gets accepted and I can become a guard

That would be the most likely answer whether that is really the case or not only hexa can answer. My guess is that is what it is and if that guess is true we need to switch to something better if not then im sure it will be fixed eventually.

This is ATLEAST hour 12 of downtime. Still no answers. wat do? I'm going to text Viper.
