I believe that I am the best choice for a guard for many reasons. I love to Noakii help out on servers, whether it be building stuff, or in this case keeping the rules enforced. I have read all the rules server rules, prison rules, guard rules all of it and I want to help make sure they are kept.One thing that bugs me is when people hack, cheat, or exploit bugs. If I was chosen to be a trainee I would always keep an eye out looking for that stuff, along with what a guard/trainee are supposed to look out for. Also some of the newer players have complained about people not being very helpful, I want to be as nice and helpful to the new players as the older ones. I know that people can't always respond but if I notice something from a newer player I will try and help them to the best of my ability.
I am also a very good PVPer (if that's a word ) which comes in handy being a guard dealing with insubordinate prisoners. I have been playing minecraft since the 1.6 beta and since that time I have gained a lot of experience with PVP not just with a sword but also with a bow. Along with that I know a lot about the game, I keep up with my knowledge of the game and I hope that will help if I get to be a Trainee. I am not the kind of person to hold a grudge, so what if you killed me you can always get the stuff back. I am a very loyal person, I have been playing on this server since before the 1 year anniversary, I may not be the highest rank on the server but I come on at least every couple of days, walk around, see whats new in C-Block, maybe work a little and practice on my PVP.

I am not lieing at all... Ya I do come on and I do walk around I don't really do a lot. I didn't copy this app at all, it is 100% original, all of it is true whether you choose to believe or not. The reason I know its been over a year is I brought my friend on ajk810 when I joined and he didn't like it so he left. Sorry if this is taken as spam but could somebody please read this as I think what i say through most of the time.
I have recently made a Ban Appeal (sorry for cheating) and somebody made a Guard Application Directly after i made my ban appeal.
Now I am not too sure what the system is for the Guard and Ban Apps but i made my Ban appeal before the person made his guard Application and his got answered before mine.
Now somebody is going to read this and say "dude stop being impatient and wait for your appeal to be answered" But i think that if I made my appeal first shouldn't it be answered before the Guard App was?
Now for some of my thoughts on why it was answered before mine.
[1] Guard Applications have higher demand to be answered than Ban Appeals do because there are more Guard Applications than Ban Appeals.
[2] Ban Appeals are less important because the people who are banned are banned and there is no changing that.
[3] The person who issued the ban has to answer the ban (for me that would be Builder1028)
[4] (This could very well be wrong as I got banned about a year ago and have not appealed until today) Ban Appeals are being automatically denied because the person who was banned was banned too long ago for it to count.

Here are some reasons why I want to be and are the best choice for guard.
(1) I am very mature for my age. Im smart enough to know that abusing is wrong, it only ruins other players experiences and thoughts about the server. Also I'm not cocky, If I kill someone that should have easily killed me I'm not going to rub it in there face and say that they suck I will tell them that it was a good fight and that's it. I'm generally liked and I am will give respect to people who deserve it.
(2) Im a good "rule follower". I've applied many times and I know the rules very well, and so there's no reason for me to jail a person for something that--> I <-- think is breaking the rules. If I am unsure about something a prisoner did as breaking the rules I will look at the rules that I have printed out to determine if what that prisoner did is listed as rule breaking. I highly doubt that I will forget a rule I am not afraid to ask a fellow guard for help.
(3) I don't want to leave the server. I like this server a lot and I want to help out with the sever for as long as I can. I don't care if I'm a trainee for the whole time and I don't care if I'm not even accepted I will still stay on the server for as long as I possibly can or as long as its up. I've seen other prison servers and they're not as we'll kept as convicted. I love the gameplay experience I get when I play this server and I want it to be very very successful. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!!!!
(4) I'm relatively good at PVP. I've been on the server for a while so I'm had my fair share of fights, also I have some friends that are guards and sometimes I follow them around to see what they do and how they handle different situations with different people, and by doing that I have gotten some "experience" about how guards handle things. And with this information I think I can hold my own as a guard. I believe that a guards job Is to protect the innocent and punish the guilty,and if a person is not willing to protect and punish then i think that they are not fit for the guard position. I really don't want to be guard for the fights or just so I can jail people I want to be a guard for the experience and I want to help make the server better and I want to help keep the server true to the prison genre.

4)why do u think your a good choice in guards (1-2 paragraphs) I think I would be a good choice in guard because I spend a lot of time playing on Convicted. I practice my pvp on my other servers so i can be the best i can. I dont really hate anyone i just mabe dislike some people i am a good person that cares about keeping convicted clean. I will follow all of the guard rules and not abuse. I will jail abusers that (Safe-zone abuse kill me 3 times in past 5min). Normal jail time is 10m. I will jail people that kill me 3 times or spawn fist me 3 times for 15m jail. If anyone refuses to give me a contrabaned item like ( swords , drugs , pots , or fire works) i will jail them for 10m or if their in pvp-zone and dont give me the sword in atleast 5 seconds i will attack the person. I will not safe-zone and call for help when being pvped i will just hope someone comes and helps or i die. If Prisoners are being attacked i will not attack the person unless he fights back or hits me. I really dont rage when i get killed , I mostly rage when im doing SQ . So after im killed i wont plot revenge and go attack the person ill just wait till he attacks me again to fight back . If a prisoner tags me and runs into safe-zone i will not /g them , But if i get a tag on them i will count down from 5 and if they dont come out i will jail them. I will not abuse guard kit i am trust worthy and nice somtimes. I know all the guard commands i need to know and am all set to go and protect every person in convicted , And become a friend to everyone.

I am the best choice for guard because I can PVP well, I have the time to get online and Guard, and I am friendly. I have played this server long enough to know how people on this server play. I don't get irritated easily, so I won't rage and abuse powers. I am experienced in guarding, as I have guarded in the past, though it was a very long time ago. I am always going to be Guarding, I don't have any alts to play on, so when I am online, I am going to guard.
Another reason is because I know where to Guard the most. B has a lot of PVP, as C always has Guards. I realize that C's get spawn camped and I would try my best to have that happen less often. I also know the rules very well. I do not plan to die often, I have weapons and Golden Apples to protect myself. Another Reason I believe I am a good choice is because I am not a coward. If someone is being attacked and I have good things on me, I would still defend the player being attacked. I am not afraid of losing items. It is after all only a game. I am also not going to stay in one place. If I were to become trainee I wouldn't just stay in one area waiting for something to happen, I'd go everywhere. And finally, my computer doesn't lag often. Meaning I can PVP whenever I need to without waiting for lag to go away.

Sorry my mistake for being so uptight about a ban appeal and for interfering with your tight schedule. Ive just been waiting to play on an awesome server like this but i cant afford to buy an alt account. And sorry for asking but who does have the desicion between if i get unbanned or not? Why are you the best choice for guard? (1-2 paragraphs): Well, I was at the convicted 2 year anniversary and I won the spleef as only an A block. I then went on to the final round to win the pvp. I won the full prizes $40 donor rank and a sharpness 7 diamond sword. At the spleef i showed of my parkour and spleef skills which can be useful to show that the guards are more advanced then the prisoners which may prevent so many riots. Next thing everyone sees is an A block player going to the finale fight. I won the fight by doing what i do best, PvP. I twisted and turned around the players so they couldnt hit me but I could hit them. I ended up showing everyone that you dont have to be a free player or a elite to win something important. I have also realized that the guards are very busy working to protect the C block and dont always have enough time to help out in the B block.. that is where i can help most, the players that just arrived to the B block get a bad experience because they are being attacked by all of the free players with tons of overpowered items. I also understand that guards are only alloud in B and C blocks, i completely understand that. I also have found my way around the prison. I know about secret areas and secret rooms. I am confident and try as hard as i can. I keep going untill i am out of money and armor. I dont let a lose bring me down, There is that song 'what doesnt kill you makes you stronger" and I believe that is the truth. I also understand what I consider the "code" the guards work by, if one guard is under attack no matter what another guard will help. The guards fight till the last man standing. I personaly live by that rule. If im on my own because my team died and im outnumberd and outgeared I fight until I drop.. If I didnt work like this, I would not be the person I am today. Loyal, strong, wise. Those are the three words that define how I live. I plan to prove that if given the chance.

RagedAvenger's 4th completely original Guard Application Repost 1 1. My IGN is RagedAvenger 2. I am 17 years old. 3. I have had the pleasure of experiencing Convicted for 9 months 4. Noakii I have read the Prison, Server, and Guard rules. 5. The 9 months on Convicted have given me some nice experience with the prison genre. I also play Prison Architect sometimes. 6. I am in the EST zone. Therefore my hours can be from 11AM-8PM EST. 7. I strongly believe that I can be the best guard Convicted has seen. But why? That's a great question, an important one too. I WILL be the best guard Convicted has seen. But why would we ALL be the best guards? As a Server, as a global community? I will be the top guard and blow everyone out of the water in 3 short steps.
First, I will prove to protect people that deserve to be protected. Those that do not attack others and nonstop strive to be the best. Those fortunate people that do not cause trouble would take great pride in befriending the true strength of Convicted. However, those few who would riot against my friendliness, well, they would be sure to feel my wrath. The strongest of swords, opples, and strength 2 would be cut down by my fellow guards and I. The frees that still riot might as well be giving us guards free things. Would any guard not like to feel like they can destroy any riot? I think not!
Second, I feel sorry for those who feel the need to hack. They are only banning themselves. If one unfortunate hacker comes across me, they will suffer as much as possible before their ban. First, like in the guard rules, I will jail for breaking a server rule. As soon as a Warden came on, I would alert them of the hacker and that he was jailed. The hacker would think the whole thing had blown over by that time and freak out when the Warden had transferred them to banned block.
Lastly, I would finish my act by quickly accelerating to Full guard and soon alpha. Stunning the public is just what I do. Me stopping the strongest of riots before they start will certainly please all the guards and non rioting prisoners. I hope that my dreams can become a reality.

I believe that I am the best choice for a guard for many reasons. I love to Noakii help out on servers, whether it be building stuff, or in this case keeping the rules enforced. I have read all the rules server rules, prison rules, guard rules all of it and I want to help make sure they are kept.One thing that bugs me is when people hack, cheat, or exploit bugs. If I was chosen to be a trainee I would always keep an eye out looking for that stuff, along with what a guard/trainee are supposed to look out for. Also some of the newer players have complained about people not being very helpful, I want to be as nice and helpful to the new players as the older ones. I know that people can't always respond but if I notice something from a newer player I will try and help them to the best of my ability.

Since I have been playing for so long I do know the server very well. I have always wanted to be a guard but only recently gotten the desire to post an application. I would love to join the ranks of the guards, it seems like a fun and helpful job to the server since there are so many people on the server regularly. I love the server a lot and would love to help by being a guard. Lastly I can be on a lot, I am still in school which is every weekday, and have soccer after that, but if I am free and done with my schoolwork you can defiantly see me on.

1: You claim to have played 1 year and 2 months yet you are only a B rank. This would mean you do nothing when you get on the server it took me 3 days to get elite and 5 to get free.
2: I joined the server 1 year and about 3 months ago and I have never even seen you on.
3: With those statements I believe you just copied an app that got accepted and put in you name and rank.
So in conclusion this is totally BS you lied and will not be receiving guard. I know i can't say that but an alpha will tell you soon enough.

Sorry if this is taken as spam but could somebody please read this as I think what i say through most of the time.
I have recently made a Ban Appeal (sorry for cheating) and somebody made a Guard Application Directly after i made my ban appeal.
Now I am not too sure what the system is for the Guard and Ban Apps but i made my Ban appeal before the person made his guard Application and his got answered before mine.
Now somebody is going to read this and say "dude stop being impatient and wait for your appeal to be answered" But i think that if I made my appeal first shouldn't it be answered before the Guard App was?
[1] Guard Applications have higher demand to be answered than Ban Appeals do because there are more Guard Applications than Ban Appeals.
[2] Ban Appeals are less important because the people who are banned are banned and there is no changing that.
[3] The person who issued the ban has to answer the ban (for me that would be Builder1028)
[4] (This could very well be wrong as I got banned about a year ago and have not appealed until today) Ban Appeals are being automatically denied because the person who was banned was banned too long ago for it to count.

4) Have you read the Server, Prison, and Guard Rules? Yes I have and like I have said in my other applications I have them written down just in case I forget one.
5) Any experience with the prison genre? Yes I have ALOT of experience with the prison genre. Most of my favorite servers are prison and convicted was my first server that I got when I bought my account.
6) What is your time zone? Since school has started I can usually be on for around 5 hours during the week but during the weekends I can usually be on for twice as long as I do during the week. My time zone is Central Standard Time

Here are some reasons why I want to be and are the best choice for guard.
(1) I am very mature for my age. Im smart enough to know that abusing is wrong, it only ruins other players experiences and thoughts about the server. Also I'm not cocky, If I kill someone that should have easily killed me I'm not going to rub it in there face and say that they suck I will tell them that it was a good fight and that's it. I'm generally liked and I am will give respect to people who deserve it.
(2) Im a good "rule follower". I've applied many times and I know the rules very well, and so there's no reason for me to jail a person for something that--> I <-- think is breaking the rules. If I am unsure about something a prisoner did as breaking the rules I will look at the rules that I have printed out to determine if what that prisoner did is listed as rule breaking. I highly doubt that I will forget a rule I am not afraid to ask a fellow guard for help.
(3) I don't want to leave the server. I like this server a lot and I want to help out with the sever for as long as I can. I don't care if I'm a trainee for the whole time and I don't care if I'm not even accepted I will still stay on the server for as long as I possibly can or as long as its up. I've seen other prison servers and they're not as we'll kept as convicted. I love the gameplay experience I get when I play this server and I want it to be very very successful. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!!!!
(4) I'm relatively good at PVP. I've been on the server for a while so I'm had my fair share of fights, also I have some friends that are guards and sometimes I follow them around to see what they do and how they handle different situations with different people, and by doing that I have gotten some "experience" about how guards handle things. And with this information I think I can hold my own as a guard. I believe that a guards job Is to protect the innocent and punish the guilty,and if a person is not willing to protect and punish then i think that they are not fit for the guard position. I really don't want to be guard for the fights or just so I can jail people I want to be a guard for the experience and I want to help make the server better and I want to help keep the server true to the prison genre.

I think I would be a good choice in guard because I spend a lot of time playing on Convicted. I practice my pvp on my other servers so i can be the best i can. I dont really hate anyone i just mabe dislike some people i am a good person that cares about keeping convicted clean. I will follow all of the guard rules and not abuse. I will jail abusers that (Safe-zone abuse kill me 3 times in past 5min). Normal jail time is 10m. I will jail people that kill me 3 times or spawn fist me 3 times for 15m jail. If anyone refuses to give me a contrabaned item like ( swords , drugs , pots , or fire works) i will jail them for 10m or if their in pvp-zone and dont give me the sword in atleast 5 seconds i will attack the person. I will not safe-zone and call for help when being pvped i will just hope someone comes and helps or i die.
If Prisoners are being attacked i will not attack the person unless he fights back or hits me. I really dont rage when i get killed , I mostly rage when im doing SQ
I know all the guard commands i need to know and am all set to go and protect every person in convicted , And become a friend to everyone.

I am the best choice for guard because I can PVP well, I have the time to get online and Guard, and I am friendly. I have played this server long enough to know how people on this server play. I don't get irritated easily, so I won't rage and abuse powers. I am experienced in guarding, as I have guarded in the past, though it was a very long time ago. I am always going to be Guarding, I don't have any alts to play on, so when I am online, I am going to guard.
Another reason is because I know where to Guard the most. B has a lot of PVP, as C always has Guards. I realize that C's get spawn camped and I would try my best to have that happen less often. I also know the rules very well. I do not plan to die often, I have weapons and Golden Apples to protect myself. Another Reason I believe I am a good choice is because I am not a coward. If someone is being attacked and I have good things on me, I would still defend the player being attacked. I am not afraid of losing items. It is after all only a game. I am also not going to stay in one place. If I were to become trainee I wouldn't just stay in one area waiting for something to happen, I'd go everywhere. And finally, my computer doesn't lag often. Meaning I can PVP whenever I need to without waiting for lag to go away.

Apologies, I've had an extremely tight schedule as of late. The reason a Guard Application was answered before yours is because:
1. Nobody has much use in responding to a Ban Appeal as the decision of whether or not to unban you is mine.
2. In many cases, people respond to Guard Applications offering them suggestions/advice on how they may improve it.

Sorry my mistake for being so uptight about a ban appeal and for interfering with your tight schedule. Ive just been waiting to play on an awesome server like this but i cant afford to buy an alt account. And sorry for asking but who does have the desicion between if i get unbanned or not? Just a question it doesnt have to be answered but My ban appeal for anybody who can help me get unbanned is no the page before this (Page 2554)Oh and i had to say, Gratz on 1337 Posts Builder1028 :Doh and sorry for so many reposts but didn't really read it through xD unremarking my other question about who can unban me. As i read through your description more thorough it seems as Alpha Guard and Up can pardon/unban people like me.

Any experience with the prison genre?: Yes, I also play on another prison server that I have been playing for a total of 6 months! I am a guard on that server.
What is your time zone?: I live in Arizona which is its very own time zone.
Why are you the best choice for guard? (1-2 paragraphs): Well, I was at the convicted 2 year anniversary and I won the spleef as only an A block. I then went on to the final round to win the pvp. I won the full prizes $40 donor rank and a sharpness 7 diamond sword. At the spleef i showed of my parkour and spleef skills which can be useful to show that the guards are more advanced then the prisoners which may prevent so many riots. Next thing everyone sees is an A block player going to the finale fight. I won the fight by doing what i do best, PvP. I twisted and turned around the players so they couldnt hit me but I could hit them. I ended up showing everyone that you dont have to be a free player or a elite to win something important.
I have also realized that the guards are very busy working to protect the C block and dont always have enough time to help out in the B block.. that is where i can help most, the players that just arrived to the B block get a bad experience because they are being attacked by all of the free players with tons of overpowered items. I also understand that guards are only alloud in B and C blocks, i completely understand that. I also have found my way around the prison. I know about secret areas and secret rooms. I am confident and try as hard as i can. I keep going untill i am out of money and armor. I dont let a lose bring me down, There is that song 'what doesnt kill you makes you stronger" and I believe that is the truth. I also understand what I consider the "code" the guards work by, if one guard is under attack no matter what another guard will help. The guards fight till the last man standing. I personaly live by that rule. If im on my own because my team died and im outnumberd and outgeared I fight until I drop.. If I didnt work like this, I would not be the person I am today. Loyal, strong, wise. Those are the three words that define how I live. I plan to prove that if given the chance.
