I play this server more often then any other servers, and its REALLY fun. The community is awesome, and I try to stick with that genre. I keep cursing to a certain extent and know when to stop. I'll also listen to higher ranks as well. I dont mind ob biding by there rules to, as long as there appropriate for the situation. I have no problem inforcing rules to anyone on the server, even friends. And another reason I want to be a guard. A big one actually is, most of the guards arent usefull when It comes to players. If I become guard I will listen to what players tell me, I will stop spawn guarding and noob killing, also the noob fisting. If I'm guard, Ill protect the new players, welcome them, kill the bad ones, and enjoy the rest of it. I also notice that not to many guards watch over the B-Block. Players who just rankup are constantly loosing items to more OP players. I for one, think its cowardly and would really help stopping it. Im also going to be donating the Diamond Package soon! Well, its alot different in game than in the video.. And when froot and dachimp were fighting someone i was trying to get into the fight to help but they were moving too fast for me to notice who was hitting who.
The rest of me guarding is pretty good. Also, I didnt say "idk" all the time only couple of times.
But overall, i think i would be a very good guard.
My favorite part of the video was about 10 minutes in. You head to B and see about four or five people in diamond. You sprint around for a few seconds before saying "I'm going to go patrol C" which you had just patrolled for a few minutes before you came to B. And when you heard someone get it you didn't go check it out you just warped away.

1. I am very mature. I think the best trait for guard, is being mature. If you are mature, you can handle situations with care. You act mature and you are rewarded with respect. People will see you as a good person. Through the few days i have been playing, many people have noticed i am very mature.
2. I am friendly. I am friendly to all, and i don't make favorites. I respect everyone i meet, and i make sure to never insult anyone i meet. This would help in many situations. I think having friends in very important, so you have people to talk to, people to rely on etc.
3. I am calm and use my "smarts." Being calm and collected benefits me because in situations where arguments break out, i could handle it with a calm voice. I would sort out the situations and explain my actions to the other player. I also use my "smarts" Sometimes when you don't have anyone to help you with a situation, i would use my common sense. A lot of people surprisingly do not use their common sense. I can tell when a situation is getting heated up and what actions i must take to solve a problem.
4. I am good at pvp. I have played on multiple pvp servers such as Project Ares and Kitpvp. On project ares there (I have no intention to advertise) are huge team battles, and i am a team player. If i achieved the rank of Trainee, i would be a confident team player. I would help out in riots even though i had good gear. I would be willing to sacrifice a lot for my fellow guards. I am also highly experienced in pvp. I know that the guards have several splash potions, so i have been "training" with 6 of them. I now know how to utilize those health potions correctly in a fight.
5. I am trustworthy. You can trust me with a lot of things. You can trust me with not abusing my powers while i am guard, and not storing kits. I would follow all the guidelines to the specifics. I would keep all my promises. I would not ever lie to one person.
6. I know all the commands and guidelines for guard. I know how to collect my potions and my sword. I know how to use the /g command. I know all the correct responses to a situation. Example: A C prisoner hits me with his stone sword and i chase after him. He runs into non-pvp. i did not tag him, therefore i may not
call him out. However i may ask for his sword. So i will do /g s C-prisoner. If he gives it, i will leave him alone. If he does not, i am allowed to jail him for 10 minutes. How the hell are we supposed to treat warping like logging off if they have completely different jail times? This thing has already originated a lot of arguments between guards or prisoners...
The signs are confusing but i've clarified with noakii and benjee about these signs, what it means by treat warping like logging off is; If a player warps jail them for doing so without warning but only for 15 mins its treated like logging off because you are supposed to jail them for logging without warnings if that makes any sense? I didn't say I was certain he would not be unbanned I said he would "most likely" not be unbanned. For the most part people who xray are not unbanned it does not matter if the wardens/alphas like you or not. If I was banned today for Xray I would not be unbanned and my account would be useless to me, now I'm free and donor but this does not mean that they will have anymore mercy on me than they would a B-Prisoner that isnt donor. Frees are banned every day for xray and they just like this guy appeal and nothing happens. The only instances I have seen people that were xraying unbanned is if they were donor or the alpha was not completely sure they were xraying.

See galuzers post, but i do agree. A person with a ban appeal like this probably will not be unbanned.
Wez was unbanned although she x-rayed, she was not donor.
Byond was unbanned although he x-rayed, he was not donor.
Apart from them I only remember one guy: He was unbanned and got banned a few minutes later for x-ray.

Why are you the best choice for guard? (1-2 paragraphs): Well, I was at the convicted 2 year anniversary and I won the spleef as only an A block. I then went on to the final round to win the pvp. I won the full prizes $40 donor rank and a sharpness 7 diamond sword. At the spleef i showed of my parkour and spleef skills which can be useful to show that the guards are more advanced then the prisoners which may prevent so many riots. Next thing everyone sees is an A block player going to the finale fight. I won the fight by doing what i do best, PvP. I twisted and turned around the players so they couldnt hit me but I could hit them. I ended up showing everyone that you dont have to be a free player or a elite to win something important.
I have also realized that the guards are very busy working to protect the C block and dont always have enough time to help out in the B block.. that is where i can help most, the players that just arrived to the B block get a bad experience because they are being attacked by all of the free players with tons of overpowered items. I also understand that guards are only alloud in B and C blocks, i completely understand that. I also have found my way around the prison. I know about secret areas and secret rooms. I am confident and try as hard as i can. I keep going untill i am out of money and armor. I dont let a lose bring me down, There is that song 'what doesnt kill you makes you stronger" and I believe that is the truth. I also understand what I consider the "code" the guards work by, if one guard is under attack no matter what another guard will help. The guards fight till the last man standing. I personaly live by that rule. If im on my own because my team died and im outnumberd and outgeared I fight until I drop.. If I didnt work like this, I would not be the person I am today. Loyal, strong, wise. Those are the three words that define how I live. I plan to prove that if given the chance.

Thats interesting because I don't use any combat hacks or mods. Xray was the only hack I have used and am sorry for it.
Just so you know your app will most likely not have any notice taken to it.

I twisted and turned around the players so they couldnt hit me but I could hit them. I ended up showing everyone that you dont have to be a free player or a elite to win something important.
I have also realized that the guards are very busy working to protect the C block and dont always have enough time to help out in the B block.. that is where i can help most, the players that just arrived to the B block get a bad experience because they are being attacked by all of the free players with tons of overpowered items. I also understand that guards are only alloud in B and C blocks, i completely understand that. I also have found my way around the prison. I know about secret areas and secret rooms. I am confident and try as hard as i can. I keep going untill i am out of money and armor. I dont let a lose bring me down, There is that song 'what doesnt kill you makes you stronger" and I believe that is the truth. I also understand what I consider the "code" the guards work by, if one guard is under attack no matter what another guard will help. The guards fight till the last man standing. I personaly live by that rule. If im on my own because my team died and im outnumberd and outgeared I fight until I drop.. If I didnt work like this, I would not be the person I am today. Loyal, strong, wise. Those are the three words that define how I live. I plan to prove that if given the chance.
Do you understand that nagging Wardens in-game to read your app will result in immediate decline?: Yes, the wardens are very busy and it is rude to ask them to stop just for your personal reasons. They will view the application when they get time to.
What is your current prison rank? Do you understand that we will require a screenshot of this when/if you retire from guard?: My current rank is free, I understand that you will need a screenshot when/if i retire.
