I also received multiple recommendations every time I think on guard. I do a good job at keeping the rules enforced and I am very active. I am also a good PvPer and have won many battles against good people. I also have enchants that will help me do my job. I have no fear of dying when using Op stuff. I have never abused in my time of guard and have never been accused. My only time of banning was because it was a troll. I believe I can be very helpful to the server and inflict no negative damage. I have quit guard before only because I wanted to earn free and also because I needed to take a break. (Was a B at first).
I hope you consider this app. I usually PvP in 3rd person so I can see who is hitting me. This way I wont make any kill mistakes. I also am good at intercepting runners and pinning people in corners. Both of these skills are essential i believe to guarding. I miss Guarding and wish to do it again if the chance is given. I believe I can bring my skills to the table once again and support the community like I did before. First off, i have experience. I have been a guard before on convicted, and i was a pretty good one. I never abused or anything like that, and, when i wasnt lagging, i was pretty good at pvp. Secondly, I like to bring a fun atmosphere to convicted. I really like people - i like helping them, talking to them, and making friends.
I know this app isnt very long, but heres the main reason i want to be guard again - i miss the connection with my friends who are guards. its no fun being free, and i really miss the respect (somewhat) and small benefits that guards get. I know i made a mistake with froot and im sorry about that. its been over 3 months now, and i know i am ready to return. Please consider me. Also noakii, i know how u said that i wasnt very mature and stuff, and i will change that when accepted (and i already have quite a bit :P)

Why you deserve to be unbanned: I deserve to be unbanned because I wasn't using aimbot. In the fight that I believe Aldron was watching I only hit STEALTHSLOTH123 a matter of 4 times before potioning him. Immediately after potioning him i was warped to "roof" where aldron appeared and killed me. I don't know why he thought I had aimbot for I only use 2 mods, Optifine and Keybinds. I have been hoping to get guard and would not ruin it with a stupid thing like this.

Legit you know that I didn't aimbot you in the slightest, I admit to potioning but there is no rule saying that is bannable. I really enjoy playing this server and hope I get unbanned.

@bombers demotion I was not always best friends with bomber but I find it extremely unfair that he gets demoted for having exams, I can understand this stress. But their are some inactive alphas aswell.
I know ptdoug has had a child but he has really been inactive as well. I remember a long time ago when the wardens were inactive but were not demoted. Only a few have been. As with everyone else I think bomber should be repromoted.
@pressmad if I remember correctly i caught you with this so called "spam mod". You said you got nodus and took out all of the hacks from the jar. I think that is hard too believe. It is possible. People have had spam mods and provided the link too the mod when banned. You also constantly spammed your guard app, asked for it too be read and ask for recommendations on the forums.

@jake you admitted too aimbot then you said you did not. Aimbot is bannable. It gives the player an unfair advantage over other players, and its a hack. The server rules stat no hacks or mods allowed.

First off all you 100% have aimbot as I was talking to rock and jgomez they both said you semmed a bit iffy and such so I went to pvp and well your s3 f2 hit like a s6 f2 with no pots at all then I got Aldron to come and see you potted me all of them hit me dead on thus you being banned for aimbot. Plus Aldron has been and alpha for ever so I think He knows what is and what isnt aimbot also check your paragraph
Cam3n. As far as I know, there is no aimbot for potions. Also, Hacks to make a sword do more damage are blocked by no cheat. Aldron has not been Alpha forever. And although I usually trust him, I know for a fact I was not using aimbot.

Why are you best choice for guard? (1-2 paragraphs) I really want to join the guards to help out the server. Guards are (mostly) what make the server a "prison server." From alpha to trainee, good at their job or not, they are a part of the Convicted staff, and make the prison thrive and prosper. I would take my job very seriously and be online whenever I can, helping people out as often as possible. I am a good pvper, and I want to use that to make others around me safer, and the prison experience more fun. I will try as hard as I can to be a good guard. As a donator, I can use the donor mines and the mob farm to make money and buy weapons and other powerful items, to make my job as guard far better. I have been preparing for guard, so I already have a good supply of deadly weaponry.

Why you deserve to be unbanned: Let me start by saying just how much I love this server. I remember when prison servers first came out, I couldnt find one that I would stay on because so many where good. Now a days, its hard to find a good one. Until I found convicted, then I realised this is the one. I was banned for "autofishing". I was not using any mods of any type. This is what I think happened. The server was lagging bad, I presume DDOS attack. I was fishing in the C block fishing pond, trying to get some food. Server lagged a few times, and I had to re-cast my fishing pole. It may of looked like I autofished because of how rapidly I sent my cast (fishing line) out. I remember the server crashing, and I logged back in and continued fishing. Then I was banned. I personally believe it was a slight mis-communication.
Any additional information: I really enjoy this server, and prison servers in general. I would appreciate a chance to continue playing on this server considering I was banned for a reason that is false.
