I beg to differ; it's possible to be unbanned, but only if you wrote an extremely good Ban Appeal, and if the Alpha/Warden that banned you agreed to give you a second chance. (Hence the question, Alpha/Warden that banned you.)

It says if you feel you were banned wrongly. Yes the op is outdated but this still holds true as for beni unbanning he will not unban unless the person was innocent in this kids case he admitted to aimbot. The rules on the Original Post are outdated; I have heard a complaint about this recently, and I just saw a few things myself:
•No using potions in a Non-PvP zone - Couldn't we use health potions or speed potions in a Non-PvP zone, as long as it wasn't a harmful splash? Found under Prison Rules.
•A Guard will kill all who attack, regardless of who started it. Attacking: Results in jail time. - Well, um, it would if they ran into a Non-PvP zone, but if they were in a PvP zone, then we would just kill them. Found under Prison Rules.
•No attacking a user who is in a PvP zone while standing in a Non-PvP zone. - I don't think we can do this anymore anyway. Found under Prison Rules.
•No killing the same Guard 3 times in a row. - I think that this rule was updated quite some time ago to no killing the same Guard 3 times in 10 minutes. Correct me if I'm wrong, but hasn't it been changed to where it's not 3 times in a row, but 3 times in 10 minutes?
•No spamming. - Well, if they were using the up arrow key, then it would be a ban, but if it was slow, then we would just mute them. Found under Server Rules.
•Not included under the description of C Block, but you can also rent customizable cells there as well now.
•Also not included under the description of A Block, but you can rent cells there as well.
•Under the description of Elite, it depicts the cells that you can rent as "permanent," but this was changed to temporary a while back.
•It still shows griefing as OK under the description of Free.
•Wasn't a new mine added recently in Omega, or has it not yet been finalized?
•EXP potions are no longer available for sale, but you can get them by trading with the villagers.
•Typo under the Trainee and Guard descriptions, it shows the Chainmail Armor as Chainmail Amor.
•It doesn't list Chainmail Armor under the Alpha Guard description, but it is Protection V.
•Under the staff ranks, it says to use /rankup to ascend to the next rank. I think it should be moved to the bottom of the Prisoner Ranks, as it may cause confusion on whether or not you can use /rankup to rankup to Guard or Alpha Guard or Warden.
•Under the last spoiler for Guard Rules (the commands,) it describes /kit guard as still giving you armor, when it only gives you a diamond sword now.
•In the AlphaGuard Rules, in the mutable offenses section, it says that a warning just always be given before muting. But when somebody advertises, technically a mute IS their warning.
•Also under the mutable offenses section, since we can no longer USE CAPS LIKE THIS ON THE SERVER, I think it should be changed to "No typing nonsense at the end of a sentence to bypass the caps filter. I WANT MONEY!!!!!!1 nocapsnocapsnocapsnocaps
•Under the bannable offenses, I think it should also be worth noting that using the up arrow key for faster spam should result in a ban.
•Under the abusing glitches section, the example for something minor would be glitching out of the prison. Yet, I always see Alphas/Wardens ban for something like this. Do we still warn them or just ban them?

Nonono, Unban apps ARE For the wrongly banned. Therefore, if you was banned for something that is worth a 'Perma-ban' then you will NOT be unbanned. Exception to those who Have been unbanned for a troll, or a was falsely accused.

I want to protect players who are trying to rank up and give the players trying to PvP another obstacle to overcome.
