I understand your view point and how you are "stuck", but the problem is, the last time i unbanned someone cause everyone said I should, I got a load of grief and complaints from everyone who told me to do it less than a week later. Dude, I am not a griefer, I am not hacker, I am not a cheater. This is a unban that you CAN deal with since I am going through this much trouble just to get you to understand my feelings right now. Quite frankly, I am very sad. I've LOVED playing on this server for such a long time and I've loved spending my time to work and upgrade on the game. But once it all just ends like this it is very hard on me and makes me very sad. I dont want to go to bed sad or unhappy. I would really like you to understand my feelings after working so hard for this game. This is ONE unban that you should be able to work with since I am trying to make it as clear as possible of how much I care for this server.
Just a heads up, the Wardens will be a lot stricter when accepting guard applications the next few weeks, as we have a huge surplus of guards at the moment. If you really want the job, you'll need to stand out from the rest.
So...is this a message to other Wardens or to us?
In all seriousness though, I agree that we have a lot of Guards at the moment. I also think that we should keep a closer eye on the staff in general, to see if they deserve a demotion or promotion.
The more we watch the Guards, the more abusers we can find and eliminate.
However, I think that we can never have too many Guards. The more Guards we have, the less trouble Free people can start, and the less they kill us with their Prot IV Sharp VII Fire II swords. Sure, they complain, but we're not just target dummies to see how much damage their fancy new sword does, or to see how many Guards they can kill at a time.
What we do need less of, however, are Guards in American timezones. During the day, I will usually see 5-10 Guards online at a time. We need a few to cover the odd timezones as well.
Also, I believe that Tunnel Quet and Siberian Quest are a bit OP on their experience gains. Many a player on Convicted can be park our masters, getting 50 levels per run. It should be toned down, in my opinion.

I made sure he was xraying, and anyone can write a sob story such as his. This makes it hard to have an open mind on someones ban appeal when I know I made the right choice. I also find it hard to be nicer about things when he says that he was banned simply because he thinks we don't like him. If he really wants unbanned, it isn't going to be through me, you or anyone's convincing or random arguments. It will all boil down to which ever Warden falls for his sob story. Not once have I ever seen you take a real stand for anything that has drifted through these forums. Either pick a side, or just don't say anything at all.

I feel I was merely banned because Aldron THINKS I was xraying and since he hates me so much he just decided to ban me without investigating further into my mining. Many people KNOW FOR A FACT that I never have and never will use or used any xrays.
ALSO, the /Noakii will be pleased/ comment is quite rude and I do not believe Adron is be nice to CUSTOMERS who have spent more than 30$ in money on this server and who have spent many many many HOURS on this server. You guys do realize when going "ban happy" and banning people for wrong reasons (ALDRON) you are just wasting both my time and my money. I do not feel like after people invest this money it would be so smart to ban them because you dislike them.
Another point to be made is that, is this ban a legitimate ban?

I am the best choice for guard because I was a great guard when I was a guard in the past. The first time was when I was made a guard I was just a lonely B prisoner and didn't know up from down. During this time everyone loved me and I didn't abuse or try and use guard to get a higher rank. Then I decided to enjoy being a prisoner a little bit more so I retired. The next time I became a guard was when I was an elite prisoner. During this time my perms got jacked up and I could go anywhere in the prison as a Trainee. When I noticed this I got Jaakey to fix it as soon as possible. Then when it came to the actual guarding again I was loved by all and didn't abuse. However, I wanted to obtain that all powerful position of free. Now in present day I am a free and I have grown bored of free and would like to become a guard for the third time. Being a guard is a really fun experience and I want to do it one last time. Also this will be my final time apply because i am not going to retire at all. The only way I will quit being a guard is if you guys kick me for being too awesome at my job. Finally I love this server and want to be a greater part in it and help the brand new C prisoners not get raped by free's so they quit and never come back. That is why I should be a guard and I hope you all agree with me and let me be one. Thank you Nose, I appreciate your input. Aldron he does have a good point, you ignoring me and saying that my defense is just a "son story" we'll you doing exactly what you said you don't do... Stop contradicting yourself and work on listening to people when they are trying to defend themselves.
IGN: DJ2028 BAN APPEAL reason for BAN: I was play with a trick zomg taught me, (the lava bucketing people in any mines) I have never seen any rules against that on MC convicted, although if this is a new rule tell me so that i can re-do the tutorial. My banner was the alpha guard zombie and the victim i did the trick on was agent (right now a rank A). I am confused why zombie would confront me over broadcast saying that i am going to be banned for 2 hours, i said ok knowing that it was 5:30pm in my time zone at the time so i can play again at 7:30pm, but right now it has almost just hit 9:20pm and i am still banned of MC convicted and as i try to join it remains to say "banned for 120 mins". Please un-ban me as i love MC convicted Noakii, Viperknows , dusty or any alpha guards

To be honest on this one I wasn't defending him or you I was trying to say maybe your both at fault and I'm glad to hear you keep a open mind cause it makes me feel better if I ever got banned unfairly. But since you want me to choose I side sorry jcantor but we have to trust our mods.
