Why would anyone goto the trouble of doing a ban appeal if they were just going to get banned again. It matters that i get unbaned because i was A rank and that took ages of lumber mining and selling pots. I also vote daily for a whole month. it's just hard to get money on convicted everyone works for hours on end and gets very little while rednum sits there with 6 mil just collecting items in his mob farm to sell. And about me uninstalling the client i updated my jar to 1.3.2 like a force update because my x-ray mod was 1.3.1 so it deleted the x-ray files or atleast made them not compatible.

Why are you the best choice for guard? becouse i love to pvp and am quite good at it and also i would really like to help the lawful people and put down the frees who have all diam armour, also i want to help the newer players who dont know their way around the prison. i also dont spawn kill and DEFINITELY will not hold grudges. i also have a relatively calm temperament and dont rage quit or anything like that. also, i like to attack people who break the laws, and i will never store guard kits. i also own a server that has a prison part of it, so i know how and why to jail people.

Why are you the best choice for guard?: I am a fairly good pvper, am on often, know the map, have noticed the guards retiring and would like to help fill the gap, I am honest and trustworthy, I have been on at times when there are no guards, I have seen campers outside the tree farm and quarry killing C's after they have finished grinding and will deal with them properly. This happened to me and is very frustrating and have seen it happen to some players 2-3 times in a row then they rage quit and we don't want that do we? , I will help guards with the more difficult prisoners, I can help with riots, I have seen griefing of the tree farm one of the main sources of income for the C prisoners, I would like to help, to the best of my abilities, the C prisoners get to higher ranks if I do get chosen as a trainee, I think that I will be able to help the prisoners in need of help and hope that Noakii and the other wardens, alpha-guards, and guards agree with me, I am friendly, while I have caused problems and spent my fair share in jail I have moved away from that and want to help solve problems instead of causing them, If I notice the tree farm running a little low on saplings I will gladly spend as much as I need to to refill it with saplings, I have noticed Frees or people of a higher rank still in prison killing C's and this bothers me and will do my best to stop this, I hope that if I am selected for this post that the C's will be a little more comfortable walking to the shop to sell/buy when I am online. (I am reposting this because I believe Jaakey may have missed my ban appeal. Unless he decided not to comment if so I am sorry and I will move on D:)

Secondly I didn't even engage in pvp I was running and turned the corner seeing someone pvp. As soon as I turned around I was banned... The person was wearing Diamond Armor and was using a sword I was unable to see the person name. Before this occur I was attempting to complete the Tunnel Quest.
This is a bit unrelated to the ban. I was the owner of a medium size server and I know that you, the admin, can't unban everyone. I have no way to prove that I was using Nodus, but I honestly wasn't. Any additional information: I was using skmc launcher with Optifine and Mod Loader. If this is not allow I am sorry and I will not use it after on Convicted from now on.

Why you deserve to be unbanned: I'd like to start by saying the most important part of my ban, the reasoning behind it. Frootboy147 thought I was using Spider. I'm not sure what a Spider is in the form of a cheat. I assume it was a cheat/hack given the time of my ban. I was doing the popular tunnel quest mini game in the Elite-Block which I recently started to get good at because of tips and tricks that I have taught myself (learning from my mistakes) and learned from other people on the server by observing them. My friend and I where talking over the internet when this happened so obviously I told him about how I had just been banned. I was very frustrated because I have noticed that a lot of people have been getting banned from the server all because of the tunnel quest mini game. So I asked my friend to talk to Frootboy147 and ask him exactly what caused him to think that I was using "Spider". He said that I was at the very difficult "corner jump" as I nicknamed it too, and in his vision I used the cheat/hack "Spider" which in my knowledge helps you with some parkour. I would like to point out that I have no idea how he would come to that conclusion given the fact that I died when I went for the very difficult "corner jump". I had been trying to get to the end of tunnel quest for about 10 minutes when he banned me because I had recently lost my only good sword, so I was trying my very best to get level 52 and enchant a new one. I would also like to point out the fact that the server was being put under a lot of stress because POTATOE (sorry for the spelling I'm not sure on it) had been saying "test" in the chat box quite frequently, so I got the impression that he was testing something else that may have put a little too much stress on the server, and a lot of people including me where complaining about the server being very laggy. When ever I would right click a block to advance to the next step in Tunnel Quest it would take about 10 seconds just to teleport me to the next room. I would also like to say that I am not mad at Frootboy147 I would just like to get this all resolved and continue playing on my favorite server. Most of the Warden's know me and I'm sure they know that I have put well over one week of total playing time on the server. I really would hate to see all this time that I have put into this server just go to waste.
Any additional information: Please if you read this post give everything that I have said into deep consideration and if you would like, tell any warden to come and check out this appeal in hope of having a better chance of getting unbanned. If you tell the wardens about this appeal I think it would really help me a lot so that would be nice.Finally, as I said before I have been on this server for a very long time and I would not waste all the time spent by doing a stupid hack just to get me up to level 52.
