5) Any experience with the prison genre? I have killed many people on griefing allowed servers and in pvp events on this server and many others. On the pvp servers that I have been on and still go on a usually dominate. One great thing that I have in pvp and many others do not is a great trigger finger which allows me to kill people faster and take less damage at the same time.
6) What is your time zone? Eastern. I am usually on around 4:00pm to 6:00pm
7) Why are you the best choice for guard? I believe I am the best choice for guard because I will enforce the rules but at the same time be fair to others. One rule I would like to enforce the most is the contraban of swords because while I was in C-block. I saw many people using swords to kill people and safe pvping (Camping). One thing that i did that i see many others not doing is listening to guards when a guard says "Sword" to me I always drop my sword. I will be very active on the server so I will be able to renforce the server rules often and I would spend most of my time in the C-Block area to renforce the rules because that is where i believe where the most of the rules are broken. These things I would like to fix and implement on others if I get guard.

Why you deserve to be unbanned: I got banned for spamming but i asure you it wont happen again at the time i was yelling at noakii to reset the mines because it was completly halfway to the bottom so i kept asking so noakii muted me then i got mad and started chaning my fation desc 3 times noakii said change it one more time and youll be banned but at the time i was looking down at my keyboard and i typed "noakiis gay" noakii isnt really gay if anything he gets all the ladies and im super sorry for spamming and i really want unbanned noakii if u read this im sorry please unban me i want a second chance i will never spam again i swear just give me a second chance please i love this server.
TL;DR I spammed my faction desc 3-10 times and i got banned i will not do it again im sorry noakiis cool and hes cooler than me.

Well. My prices were based on the money rate of the sever.
Punching 64 logs will get you 256. And that wont take long with a stone axe. (You can even get it before it breaks)
B is somewhat good if you know what your doing. (IE Strip mining)
Ive been in mobfarm and it takes me 20 minutes to collect enough drops to make 5K.
Elite snowfarm can earn you a lot of money. If you know what your doing as well. (Clearing out 2 by 2 layers or Strip mining)
As for free. 1 diamond pickaxe when broken will earn you at least 9K. * if used in omega nethermine *
If you decide to pvp and cant take the fight. Thats your problem. Or if you do something you know is bad. and you get jailed for it. Again. Why not punish them further?
I think the fines are great for discouraging players to not do whatever they know is bad. and they are adjusted according to money gain potential.
Sure the jail time may be enough of a punishment. But its more or less a slap on a wrist imo. (10 minutes is basically enough time to grab a snack/ eat/ take a shower / homework/ etc)
Personally Frees are only getting 1/8th of the money they could be getting. I know mining gets Boring and they need to pvp once in a while. But you can averagely get 1 million if you had a decent supply of enchanted pickaxes and spent 4-6 hours mining a day for 2 weeks.
And i will do some stats for that when i get back from swimming practice.
But overall, this will get abused. It would definitely be full guards only, but many full Guards abuse a bit as it is.

The jailtime itself is already the punishment, and 5000 is even for a free quite a lot. My opinion is definitely NO.
Running into a plot is considered going in a no-pvp zone, but drowning traps are allowed.
5000 is a pain, not a lot. People who break the jail rules should be punished and 5k isn't even a full set of diamond armour. 5k takes about 4 minutes to get in the netherbrick mine.
Wait what, he isn`t a guard? He was wearing chain mail if I remember correctly. Also, it was a non-pvp area so how could he attack me if he isn`t a guard?

Seriously though it's a fine app, you are just decreasing your chances by spamming it.
1) Why do you wish to be a guard? I see a lot of people getting killed and then guards never kill the murderer and i would like to cut this down.
2) How long have you been playing the server? I've only being playing two days although I know how things work.
3) Do you understand that abusing your powers as guard will lead to you being stripped of your status and maybe even banned? Yes, I have seen two people abuse the powers and be stripped.
4) Why are you a good choice for guard? I don't take sides over people and I don't hold grudges this means I do bad stuff to innocent people (i.e. kill). I know how things work e.g. Jail times and why people must be jailed and that I need to take swords off of people. I am trustworthy and kind so I will offer all help I can to people, I chat with proper grammar so people will understand me, thanks for your time.

Hey Noakii and others. I do not know if you have a plugin that lets u take the items from other peopls virtual chests and stuff but I payied 10K for a sword and chinalake who was hacking ( many of the frees agree) killed me in 3 hits with a normal dia sword when i had protection 1 iron and a sharp 3 loot 2 dia sword and was hitting him. I hit him like 3 times enough to kill but he did not die. He was using criticals and click aimbot. He even admitted to using Nodus at one point saying nodus's aimbot makes you turn and when i asked how he would know that if he does not hack he said he has used it. I wondered if I could have that sword back or at least a sharp 3 loot 2 dia sword seeing as he hacked and i paid 10k for it. Thank you for reading this.

7)Why are you the best choice for guard? I understand the rules and had enough time to see the rules implemented. I've been a moderator for a very big game hosting company, it was called Aeria games. I tell you this to show that I can handle responsibilities and be trusted with making the right decisions. It wasn't long ago when I was a C myself, I know how it feels to be abused by players. It's really discouraging when you lose your stack of wood to a free. Especially when you see them throw away the stacks of wood afterwards. I want to protect the cute C's and punish the bullies but to do that, I'd need to be a trainee. I also understand that there will be annoying players that I dislike but age has taught me keep my calm. A lot of the guards are young and so they make silly mistakes but, I can keep a clear head and take action with an unbiased attitude. Now to move on to the pvp aspect of myself, I'm not a terrible pvper but I'm not outstanding either. I have accumulated some good gear during my time here and, it really does make up for my shortcoming. Overtime I'm sure that my pvp skill will improve like anything else that requires skill. While I might not be exceptional I can still kill and hold my own during fights so don't be put off by this fact. I've never pvp logged and I'm willing to fight against any riots that happen.
