Alright, I know I already made a ban appeal which was turned down by Noakii but I want one last chance. The main reason I was banned was for glitching, the reason I continued to glitch was because no one told me that I would get Banned for it. I am aware glitching is against the rules but as a Free who had nothing to gain from glitching it shoudnt be that much of a problem, infact several guards were okay with me being up there which stopped me from thinking that I would be banned for it. If Noakii or any warden gave me a firm warning to stop Glitching it would have stopped that second but a warning was never received. Noakii, I am aware that you already turned down my ban appeal but please re-consider it, like ive stated before, I didnt Hack, steal, scam, or grief, i simply would go up to c balcony. Now you and all the people who dislike me are gonna scream out with the rebuttal of "Well you would shoot people from there," Yes, I would attempt to but with people acting like the average minecrafter by sprint jumping I would get close to zero hits. Another point to add is that I didnt go up to the C balcony and try to shoot people no more then a few times. People say they saw me up there "all" the time but 99% of the time I would go up say "look up" to any of my faction allys then jump down. And with this Glitching I have benefited the server, you might be thinking im crazy right now but its true. I have shown Jaakeyx an easy escape route from Elite which has been blocked off. Noakii, im sorry if I lied to you but to be completely honest Im not sure what I lied about. When Benjamin temp banned me for the second time you asked if I logged for that ban, I said that I did not log that time and I was wrongfully temp banned. You mistook it as me saying that i "never logged" which couldn't be true if I was banned prior for pvp logging. I can stop the glitching 100% if im given a second shot. And one last thing, as I stated in my Ban Appeal. I said that since Benjamin hates me he would try to get me banned, and if he didnt spam the wardens with temp banning me and screaming it out would I be banned? Think about that and also think about how im not the Only person on the whole server who's logged a couple of time and has glitched, im just the only one who has been blown out of proportion by one or two people. Even though it's not really my place to be speaking here but I would just like to say that your tone doesn't really sound remorseful, you sound as if you were wrongfully banned even though no glitching is a server rule. You also make it sound like everyone glitches and logs but only you get caught, I believe you should take a different approach and admit your mistake which is repeatedly glitching into places, it may seem stupid to just say you were wrong and hope for an unban but morality is a key quality in people. If you think that you have not done anything wrong, that is plain...well wrong, many of us have seen you glitch into the guard area, I believe redstery has also warned you about glitching up there, along with minepro and a bunch of others. I wish you the best for your unban appeal and hopefully you may get a temporary ban in place of this ban.

5) Any experience with the prison genre? Unfortunately, not really, but I have been getting some experience by playing on this server. 6) What is your time zone? Pacific time GMT -8:00
7) Why are you the best choice for guard? When I came on this server, I found it very unique. I've never played on such an interesting RPG server. So I started to play on it. I am very experienced with the PVP genre as I have been on tons of PVP/raid allowed servers. I also do not experience much lag, so I would have fast reflexes as a guard. Here are a few scenarios of what I would do:
1. Suppose a prisoner comes into a non-pvp zone, let's say the basketball court in block B, holding a sword. I would tell him to give me his sword. If he doesn't listen, I would count down from 5-1 in the chat. If he still didn't listen, I would jail him for 10 minutes.
2. If the same scenario as the first one happens in a pvp zone, I would start to attack the prisoner. However, if I lost the battle, I wouldn't be able to attack him until he starts attacking me first.
3. In any pvp-zone, I will defend myself and any other prisoners being hit by others (by killing the attackers).
8) What is your current rank? Do you understand that we will require PROOF of your rank when/if you retire from guard?

I've heard a lot about you and I'm banned. I've heard you glitch, hack and all sorts. Also, it's not even the right ban appeal. And another thing is, I doubt you'd be unbanned if Noakii has denied it once.
Ive never hacked or anything else so stop taking one lie from someone and adding "all sorts" to it to try to criminalize me

Lobby, I dont mean to sound anything but sorry. Im truly sorry to noakii and all the wardens for breaking the rules.
If the rules say no glitching it means no glitching and where you glitched to was a guard only place. Also you do gain soming when your up there, no one can attack you without a bow and its harder, most guards dont even know the rules and the fact is you been warned several times by an alphaguard and you still keeped on doing it so you knew you where wrong from the start but did want to lisson to the staff so here you are banned. If you took the warning and left it you would of been fine but you didnt.
Matt, most of the time I was up there I was in prot 2 - 4 with a sharp 4 at least. My intention wasnt to get out of reach of C's who wanted to punch me. And I was never warned like I said, no guard / alpha ever said "Gorea stop going there or youll get banned," nothing of that nature was said by you guys.

Alright. Here is my response. You were banned for glitching. That part was true. However. A handful of guards and various alphas told you that you would get banned. I even told you about 7ish times myself. You even got tempbanned several times. Dont even lie in your unban application. You started long arguements with me that you would never get banned and my proof was Garbage and **** like that. Well. Maybe if you listened to me in that. You wouldnt be banned. and i wouldnt be writing this.
"But as a free who would gain nothing from it." Well. except invincibility from 90% of the prison... Dont cha think thats a little bit unfair? I mean, Some guards can just walk up and knock/jail you. But you dont seem to learn. We just find you glitching somewhere else.
Almost all the guards i have seen told you to get down. I believe you were tempbanned and jailed excessively. And if your referring to trainees. I might believe you. (Well. one or two that i know of might have not read the rules that well)

Why would you even consider making another unban app? You obviously didn't read any of our posts, espesicially mine. You aren't getting unbanned. Stop trying. You just make yourself look like an idiot. Crisk has just as much right as anyone to try and convince you that you should just stop. Be happy that akbar isn't banned. Were it my choice, they'd both be banned.I find that you continue to say that it wasn't a bad thing to do, or that you weren't given warning, or that just because you gain nothing from it, means that you shouldn't be punished. The reality of the matter is that you are banned and by the sounds of this, won't be unbanned. I was banned, and I wasn't lying. But whose to prove I was or wasn't? But I'm over that now. Get an alt.
Funny part is, he does! Yet he refuses to just move on, learn and continue on with his life. Some people just refuse to believe they are wrong.
Since he was banned yesterday. He's also been fighting off people who have been accusing him of glitching, pvp logging, and anything else he did, all month. Its just sad to think he'll be here tomorrow trying to get unbanned when he knows its a pointless waste of effort.

Why you deserve to be unbanned: It's been over 8 months since my ban, and I just think that I've changed to where I could be unbanned. I'm extremely sorry that I ever did glitch, and I fully regret it. It all seemed fun and games and now I know that it caused some serious grief. I wanna come back, I really miss this place. I would think that after 8+ months that I would be somewhat forgiven, but if that is not the case then just let me know. Please, don't make me go to Killion or any of the knock offs. I want the original, and my first prison server. Nothing else compares to the constant fun, events, and the great staff and overall playerbase. I'm dying to come back, and I would fully understand if I was demoted and everything was reset, heck I'd even recommend it. So please, just let me know if I'm being declined. I caught him up there at least twice shooting people with bows. When i tell him to get off, he would try to talk his way out of it. I had to threaten a jail (would've done it too) just to get him off. Imo, we don't need him here. He clearly doesn't respect the staff, the rules, or the server itself.
(And i'm finally unbanned from the forums for being a jerk to choc )
