3)Do you understand that abusing your powers as guard will lead to you being stripped of your status may be even banned?I fully understand and respect theese rules.

4) Have you read the Server, Prison, and Guard Rules? Of Course! They are appropriate and fair to all prisoners!
5) Any experience with the prison genre? I have been on other prison servers including Killion! This one, however is way better!

7) Why are you the best choice for guard? I am the best choice for guard because i am very honest and polite. Im friends with most guards and i hope the wardens like me! I would love to enforce the rules on this server too! I am a good PVPer and think this server is amazing! Noakii is awesome! I would love to make this server even better and would never abuse my powers of any kind! All the people on this server are great and friendly! Im also very honest and trustworthy! I will respect any person on this server and listen to the guards helping me. I will do my best as guard and would love to "step up" in this server to a guard. Im very happy i found this server and love playing on it!<3

This is my ban appeal. I am sorry because i was banned for xray. I was tired of doing it legit so i tried it and made a big mistake. It was stupid and wont happen again. I was banned at 10:10 Pacific Time Zone. im not sure the acctual name of the person who banned me but they put dyn on the exit page thing. This was my first time i did it. You guys usually dont read these so im not expecting to get unbanned but if you would i would be really greatful and except any punishment. Also this server is one of the best ive ever been on. I would really like to be unbanned, sorry.

An important thought about the banning-spree incident just came to my mind (I know it was closed, but this seems too important to me):
Many people who haven´t been on (like me) were banned, some of them were "forever temp-banned".
This would be impossible without hacking the server itself.
Something else: Is voting more than one time (i´m not talking about the minevote event) by using the MV-bug allowed?

Why you deserve to be unbanned: I sincerely apologize for xraying, I won't ever use hacks again. I'm sure that's said quite often... But I really do mean it. I'm willing to give up rank and all for unban, I know it was wrong of me.
Any additional information: I was xraying using Nodus client in the A nether mine. I'm deeply sorry. I'm currently running Optifine using Sphax 128x texture pack, and do not plan to go back to Nodus ever again.
Dunno about you Dyn, but this guy is pretty honest.
