You should stay if your quitting for the stupid reason i think your quitting for dont quit :/ Just because Dual makes you wanna rage and crashes the server doesnt mean you should quit everytime he comes on just call him a nub (In all serious dont quit KEEP MOVING FORWARD as I learned in in my time)
I think that guards shouldnt sell armor because they can get it for free and they are abusing there guard privileges. But I think that Sargent_Guava should be given a chance.

I'm sorry but i cant understand what you said but i might have got it. are you saying that: I could be selling kits or i could be selling drops. And that i shouldn't have been selling diamond swords or Armour, because a c-block'er could have bought a set really cheap and attacked a lot of people. IF that is what you are saying, then, yes there is no definite proof weather they were guard kits or not. they were not but i cant decide what you believe. And yea selling diamond swords was stupid. i took down the shop in 10 minutes probably less. only one piece of armor was sold (to the guy who used "they must be guard kits cause they have full endurance" as proof against me ). like i said many times, selling sword was stupid, but no one bought one so no damage done. we need to let bygones be bygones and move on with our lives.

I am the best choice for guard for 3 reasons: 1) I believe every one should have a fair chance at the server and hate how strong people
(players in iron armor or better) pick on weaker people that have either just started, just spawned
or something like that. 2)I believe B-block doesn't have many guards as some players that are strong just stand outside shops
and wait for other players to come out or are using weapons and damaging splash potions )I have been a
victim of this and it is very annoying).
and 3) A lot of the rules are not very heavily enforced and I would love to enforce them to abusers or

Why do you deserve to be unbanned: I don't deserve to be unbanned, but I figured I'd give it a shot anyways. When I first started using X-Ray on the Convicted server I was only using it to check me corners (ex. Making sure nobody was camping outside a safe zone for me, I got killed constantly before I started using it to survive). I did use it a few times to lok at the mines, but since the ore is so scattered and there aren't any good ore clusters I figured it was pointless to cheat. After I started minning on my first day I quickly discovered how much work it took to earn resources while mining. When I first used X-Ray to mine I would only use it to get enough iron to make myself a steel pickaxe (or 2 sometimes). After doing that to get a few steel picks, after the previous ones would break, I started using it more and more until I wasn't mining without X-Ray, I felt like I wouldn't get caught to be honest. Being banned has proven me wrong and I do fully regret ever tempting fate and using X-Ray to gain an unfair advantage, I have since deleted my modded minecraft.jar and downloaded a new one, free of mods that can get me in trouble.

Why you deserve to be unbanned: I didn't x-ray, I am extremely dedicated to this server and would never do anything against the rules. I have never used x-ray or any other hack in my life, the only mods i have ever used are rei's minimap and optifine and some others like better than wolves.
Any additional information: i was just standing there, i was aim chatting with a friend and when i got back i had been banned for x-ray. He probably just thought i was x-raying since i was just standing in the mine not actually mining.

I had watched you xray 3 diamonds, then you stoped when u saw me. I waited to see if you would start mining again, but you didnt. also i went back and looked at your mega xray tunnal. we are not stupid, dont even try to lie.
I didn't freaking x-ray and i never saw you i stopped so i could talk to my friend on aim and change my music and i was going to go back to mining but you unjustly banned me.

I also on the server about every 2-3 hours and stay on for a while so I can be on guard duty a lot compared to most guard who are rarly on. I also am a good choice because I fight really good(not bragging good). I am also out for school so i am on everyday if am not on my xbox, and like i said early i was a guard on another prison sevrer and I get the the system and how it works
