i would be a good addition to the guard squad because i can keep the server fun for everyone and make sure everyone is following the rules. i will help and protect the players.
i would be better then other players because im 16 and mature and understand what things wrong and i have read and understand the rules of being a guard.
the ethics of being a guard is to serve and protect the people of the prison. to follow all the rules of being a guard. only jailing and killing when i see a crime being committed. giving the prisoner achance to give up the illegal substance before jailing. and the biggest is to make sure everyone is following the rules to maintain a fun and effective server.

Why are you a better than the other players that want to fill this position? Other players who apply may not have as much experience as staff on a server where I do as I said above. I am also very mature and know right from wrong. Simple as that.

You also need to be honest about your mistakes... Say you jailed someone and it turned out they were innocent. You shouldnt point fingers at someone else. You should take responsibility for your mistake. You also need to be unbiased. Though you may like a particular person on the server, you may still need to discipline them. You can't favor one person over the other or you would loose players really quickly.

You may not kill others without reason.Your job is to protect prisoners, not kill them. If you abuse PVP for your own gain, you may be demoted to a common prisoner, or worse!
If a prisoner is found to have a sword or armor, you may ask them to turn over their items by slowing counting to “5” in chat. Although this is not usually a jailable offense, you may use your discretion to jail repeat offenders (recommended jail time: 5 minutes).
Use the magic word “Potato” somewhere in your guard application to prove you have read these rules.
Jail a player using the command /jail [PlayerName] [TimeInMinutes] to jail players. Only Patrol and Elite Guards may put others in jail.

Hi, I'm having some problems... The server is 1.4.2, but sometimes minecraft says its 1.3 so I can't join. I am updated to 1.4.2. Also, when I can join I get glitches like I am walking and I get put back to where I started walking from, I walk again and it happens again. Then I get killed. No matter where I go I get killed. There is a severe lack of guards. I lost all my stuff exactly 8 seconds after I joined the server.
My in-game name is WalrusIsMagical and I'm 23 years old. I'm usually on Minecraft in the afternoon and I'm in the Pacific Timezone. I've been playing on the prison server for about 2 days but I've been playing minecraft for over a year. I would be a good addition to your team because I can calm people down pretty fast. Guards must be able to keep prisoners under control and I believe I can do it better than anyone else.

Well, Guards don't reply whether you get accepted or not.
It's more wait and find out kind of thing..
The only people who will reply to your application are people who will help you improve it and such. People such as my self and others.
