Not quite sure where to put this, I don't really post threads I just can't find any solution to my problem

I'm trying to start my own cracked server for my friends. I don't know what I'm doing wrong.

*I port forwarded
*I editted the server properties
-level name
-server ip - not quite sure what to put here so I just put my IPV4 which i knew by "cmd-ipconfig" then put the same ip in my port forwarding
-online mode - since it is a cracked client
-motd - this is just the server name right?

What am I doing wrong or what am I missing to let my friends join

ip is wrong go to ipchicken.com than put in that ip it tells you.Hope I help

I changed the server ip to 180.190.23.159 sinced that what was showned in ipchicken but now I get this error in minecraft_server

[13:26:53 WARN]: The exception was: java.net.BindException: Cannot assign requested address: bind
[13:26:53 WARN]: Perhaps a server is already running on that port?

after I got that error I changed the ip in my port forwarding yet I still get the error.
Now I can't even join my own server.

I don't know what I did wrong in my server properties, my friends still can't join.

I just want a peaceful world where I can play with my friends Please help me. We always just get griefed or killed by other players in a server.

Why is no one replying? If there is a solved thread or any solution please link it to me, I don't know how to navigate through forums and I tried everything I saw on the internet. I'm hopeless.
