Is this server going to be run on snapshots? Or only 1.6, I am currently looking for a snapshot server with a great community. Thanks
This server will not be run on snapshots, simply because the availability to some bugs in pre-releases and possibly duplication etc.
We want to make sure the version is stable from bugs, so we decided to wait a week or so for the release.
I hope you do change your mind though! We do have the great community aspect you are looking for, but I am sorry to say we will not trust the snapshots.

Reason you want to join this server: Because I have been looking for a server with a great, trusted community, and so that I could spend some time playing minecraft with other people, not only in my SP world.
If applicable, a friend who can say you are a trust worthy player: I only have one friend which knows me the best, although he will did quit playing minecraft for now. He could definetely tell you that I am a good addition to the community.
Past Servers you were on: I was on a couple servers before, but they were not stable, so I started playing single-player.

Reason you want to join this server: I've been looking for a vanilla server which is whitelisted, unlike many other servers which have donaters in god armor right at spawn.

Explain the first two rules to me: Don't steal, that person worked hard for those supplies. Go get your own. Don't grief, too, for the same reason - that person worked hard for it, so use common sense to not grief it. (What if YOUR house was griefed?)

Anything you have to say: The ban I got for 'hacking' was when NoCheatPlus incorrectly identified me as a hacker due to my water elevator, which I drop down and land in for time's sake. Apparently, that sent a alarm for 'no fall damage hack'. And all the other bans I got were from unfair servers, because of me and dem godarmor donater peeps. Also, back in late 2011, or early 2012, (I had just bought Minecraft) I got banned from a creative server for putting herobrine-themed signs and replacing some sand with gravel. However, now in 2013, I've learned not to do those things, because they fall into the categories of griefing.
