Upon connection, you will need to signup on the site using the code given. This is free, only takes a few minutes, and allows us to keep you in the know. You'll also have to complete the tutorial, but this is quick and easy if you read the Empire Guide.
We launched two years ago as a small server with 5 players. Since then, we've only got bigger and better! Ask any of our 60,000 players!
Each of our servers, by default, can hold up to 60 people (although during large events, this is increased to 200). That means across all servers, we've got over 600 slots!
You won't find another server quite like us. Our unique and ever-growing experience ensures that our completely unique gameplay can't be competed with. However, none of our features require you to download and install any mods - they all work using a vanilla client!
Our community is completely legit. Even moderators don't have the power to spawn in items, or teleport for their own personal use.
At the heart of our server is you guys, the community. We've got such a friendly one that it just makes everything so much more fun!

It is the best server I have ever been on. I am a diamond supporter, and have been with EMC for over a year now, and I cannot wait and see what EMC has in store next. I really hope the dragon tombs will come out this year (not in valve time ) because, it is a very long going project. I hope that whether you are from Germany, or Canada, you will try this server first and foremost. Thank you.

Played this server for over 450 days and highly recommended by me, Complete with custom plugins and friendly community this is the BEST server you will play on!
Unlike the group features on other servers, ours is designed for making quick temporary groups to go on an adventure with. There's no long and hard to remember commands - it's just /invite and /join. Groups hook into our custom chat channel system, meaning they work in exactly the way you'd expect them to!
Throughout the next few days, expect to see even more new group related features.
Its my favorite server, the eggification makes farming easy and the forums are filled with people that play, watch, and do about anything (also the giveaways) I wish I found this server earlier, also I live out on Smp3
EMC is the best MineCraft server I have ever played on. New updates encourage adventures with friends. Town lets you display you 60x60 creations, and only people you choose can build/ take down on your residence. Come join us!
This is by far the best server I've ever played on. The new Survival Update makes you want to go out and adventure, something Minecraft's been lacking.
This server is honestly the best that I know of, but actions speak louder than words so here's my action history:
- I joined 500+ days ago - I became a supporter within a month, then made another account after 100 days and gave that account supportership as well. - I even looked around for other servers and nothing caught my eye after being with the Empire. - I became a moedrator on this amazing server so that I can protect and defend the great emmbers we have - I still maintain a moderator account, 2 diamond accoutns, one gold account, and one regular account because it's worth it! - Our staff team is some of the best people that I know and we have become good friends

This server is literally the best I've ever seen, and I've played a lot but I've never stuck to one as much as this one. Take my word in that this server will not let you down, it has 99% of the features you want and the community is very kind and helpful.

I've been on this server for 481 days and I thought I had done it all. But Aikar recently came out with the new updates! I love the survival update where we can go and fight EMC only mobs that really are a challenge And with the new Group Chats update it really adds a new sense of community to the whole EMC experience. \o3o/
EMC is one of the best servers I have ever been on! It has a great community and many AMAZING creations! Also the staff are all adults, work hard, stay mature, and try to keep EMC one of the best servers out there! As soon as you log in, most likely, at least one person will welcome you (Sometimes a ton of people might do it) So if you're looking for a friendly survival server, this is the one you should go to!

No, just kidding hurrhurr. I've been here for over a year and while honestly sometimes there isn't enough new content to keep me here (low attention span), the community has. I've made a lot of friends and stuck with them, and fewer close friends that I have been friends with for over or about a year now. I don't know HOW, but on EMC we don't have the same hostile people you'll get on any other server that tells people they need to be nice. Anyone that is in the town chat will either be silent if busy, or friendly if bored like me. The few times people do break rules, even if there are no staff on they are punished within minutes using our handy /report feature. Luckily we seem to be creating new things to drain money out (to stop infinite cash ruining our economy) and the 'economy' on this server holds strong. I was able to earn 1,000,000 in a month (a somewhat substantial amount, rich might be 3mil) because I worked. Some people on other servers might be able to rise to the top just by donating $20, but here it is truly something to work your way up in not only the social ladder, but the economical ladder. Anyone that is motivated and works to have fun in life (I should hope all do that) will no doubt find a hundred ways to enjoy themselves here.
I love this server, the staff is amazing, the players are amazing, and overall we have a great community. Join now and earn unlimited fun, but make sure to read the rules on the website!
