Hello Everyone! Come join us on our 'Mindcrack Like' Feed the Beast server. After playing with my friendd Dustyg474 with the Feed the Beast modpack for some time, we decided it was time to expand our joy to everyone else. Inspired by the Mindcrack server, our FTB server will be loosely based off of it. You will need to know how to download the FTB client. We will not be holding your hand throughout download the process. It will be a 1.4.6 server as well.
Rules:
The rules for this server are fairly simple and are as followed. 1. Use common sense. (Don't go griefing, stealing, or ruining someone else's time.) 2. Don't ask for any special permissions. (We're not a charity here.) 3. Obviously no cheating, loopholes are also looked down upon. YOU WILL BE JUDGED! 4. Play the modpack as it was made to be played! 5. We love the idea of pranking, but it also has to be within reason. In other words, drop the TNT, lava, and don't break others blocks! Get to know someone before you prank them.
Important Details:
We will be starting a fresh map once we get our first applicant. If you are accepted past that, I can't guarantee how far behind you'll be, but I'm sure you'll catch up quickly. Since this is 1.4.6, this will be a lot 'harder' than normal Minecraft since Gregtech has changed some recipes. We plan to kill the dragon and withers as community events, along with the twilight forest and Mystcraft, so don't go spoiling it for others. We plan for everyone to live decently apart to avoid lag, but still be linked. Remember, the goal of the server is to form a community that can screw around and get some FTB done! Another point that I'd like to bring up is thatEVERYONE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. It's a sad fact, I know, but we need the best possible individuals for the server, since it's going to be about 10-15 people. If you're reading this part your ahead of the game! Make a damn good application that we won't want to refuse.
Applying:
I will stick with black ink for this one because it with be short. For your application, make it however long you feel need be. Trust me, a little effort will go a loooong way. Include the obvious ones like your IGN and age as well. Remember while you're applying, you will be fighting for one of the few slots on the server! Put some effort into it, and you'll have no problem getting in.
I want to play on a ftb server that has a friendly server community and no griefers. And i think it will be very fun to play with you.
Ive been playing minecraft for a few years now and i hope to make new friends. I'm not an idiot when it comes to ftb so i wont ask any questions and i dont give a damn about swearing. I wont be annoying and i wont grief.

Why do I want to join your server: It's quite simple really, I want to play on a server with a small yet friendly community. Like having a nether hub like in the mindcrack server that we all build together.
I love watching the members of the Mindcrack server play Feed The Beast and have always wished to join a server like that (Members who are friendly and helpful buts knows how to have fun!) I don't know much about Feed The Beast except for the basics but have been learning it slowly. (I have played a little FTB in single player but it gets boring.) I am really friendly and will help with anything i can. I hope you consider having me on your server but if i don't make it, thank you for taking your time reading my application.
Would love to be apart of a community, and especially one that's just starting so I wouldn't be so behind, seems like fun. I'm quite experienced with the ftb modpack and can do some crazy stuff if I set my mind to it. I love the idea of creating a spawn, it's always been my favorite thing to do, and have always been very creative with my designs. I've never been banned, or committed anything against the rules.
P.S. How will we know if we're accepted? And when will we receive the IP to the server?

About me: 17, West Coast US, been playing Vanilla minecraft since Alpha and just recently got into feed the beast. I watch TONS of Ethoslab and a couple other of the mindcrackers. I am in the process of putting up my own FTB server for my friends, but im looking to see if I can find a really good pre existing one first.
What can you bring to the server? In addition to what I previously said, I play the game a crap load, and I cant wait to do serious progression in FTB, experimenting with everything and clearing past content.

The reason why I want to join is because I have been watching a LOT of Mindcrack FTB + playing a ton of FTB, and I feel as though Multiplayer FTB on a nice community server would be amazing. I play Minecraft basically non stop and I would be on a lot. I have never been banned from a server, and I never grief. I also think my best skill in Minecraft is mining + aesthetics. Mining is my favorite thing to do in Minecraft by far. I am also good at Redstone. The mod I am best at is probably IC2, but I am pretty good at RedPower. I have been looking around for awhile for a server that I can just hang out with people and build, I don't understand all the drama of stuff and I believe in fairness and justness, for example not one person telling someone when to do what where, I see ruling someone not very fair. I've been looking around for this, "perfect server" for awhile, so I figured I would try this one out, I'm not a hostile person but I will stand up for myself and others if I need to. My IGN is theggold, and I'm 16. If you would like me to give more info don't hesitate to ask.

Reason for wanting to join: I've been playing tekkit for some time and been watching mindcrack play feed the beast. Really wanting to get into playing but i hate playing singleplayer and always play multiplayer. I've leaded many minecraft servers and know how tough it is managing these things. I won't grief anyone's stuff and I will just stay and do my own thing and provide interaction with other members. I am really outgoing and tend to joke around a lot but nothing serious. Definitely won't be breaking any of your rules and such.
Other points: Really mature for my age considering I used to lead a clan in CSS with over 1000 members so you don't have to worry about immaturity from me if that is what you are worried about.

I recently discovered the FTB pack and was surprised I would love to play around with it but, single player can get quite lonely. Therefor I was looking for a mindcrack esque server, a small tight knit community to have fun with. I'm active and a fun guy to play with.
