why i should be staff: i think i should be staff because i am a nice,gently,calm,fellow, i can take a joke , ive been mod and a tester on 3-7 other servers so i know what it takes to be one. i know all the rules or the basic ones depending on what kind of server it is. for instance i know not to use any hacked clients or x-ray mods or anything like that. my brother was an admin or 3 servers and an owner on 2 but he quit minecraft so :s i get some of my experience from him

Make it fun and entertaining. If the people are bored of your server they will most likely leave. In order to keep the server up and running you must have a great community of staff working to ensure that everyone is satisfied and that nobody is left out. To have a good staff, the people must be diverse and have certain specialties and abilities that can cater to the needs of those in the server and even the other staff members. Once that criteria is filled you must focus on creating a fun atmosphere throughout the server. This can be acheived by adding games, events, and other fun activites that bring people together. If all of these steps are followed, you will most defintetely have a server that is enjoyed by hundreds if not thousands of people on a day-to-day basis.

I have been on this and Im very, very impressed. The owners + trusted people are all very nice people not to mention all default players. I have owned a server before, back in early beta and I can honestly say finding trust worthy players is very hard to find, and I really don't want some power crazed 12 year old going around doing stupid things on such a great server. Im also very creative and imaginative and a "adequate" builder. And a quick side note, im not actually Jamaican, Im aussie.

You should definitely pick me because I have a good spirit and I just really want to be a mod. I will never abuse and will survive, only using
creative when the server needs work. I'm a good builder, I know how to use redstone, and I LOVE farming!!! My favorite thing to do in Minecraft is build a cool house with farm, and just go out every day and kill some creepers. I'm really nice and I make great friends. I've also been a Co-owner and I owned a server once.
